Genuine people looking out for your best interest with complete honesty. There were no corners were cut in this repair. Gabriel and Fernando both prioritized restoring the car to better than its starting conditon. This team insured the frame specifications passed without errors, then top it off with a flawless paint job (with a special edition tri-coat paint) and superb customer service from everyone there. My car is the Toyota in the background, (they replaced both doors.)

I cannot recommend this shop enough! Last month I backed into a wall, damaging the back side of my car (rear bumper). Was initially going to pass on getting it repaired, but it was such an eyesore. Since I already had previous damage from years before, I decided it was time to look into getting it fixed. I did my research & visited quite a few shops around San Diego to get an estimate. After speaking with Fernando, he worked with me & gave me the best estimate (I opted to pay out of pocket). Additionally he did such a great job of keeping me in the loop & updating me on repairs. After getting my car back, I was impressed with how well they did. They even went above & beyond by fixing my exhaust with no additional cost so I wouldn’t have to pay for a whole new exhaust (something had torn the exhaust cover off years ago). I will forever recommend this shop. 10/10 on customer service & quality work. Thank you again!

I just want to say that Gabriel Maya has exceptional customer service skills! He is highly knowledgeable and very trustworthy on his quotes and services. He goes above and beyond for his customers. Leaving California to move to Washington State is quite bittersweet for me now. Eddie and the guys at Bumper Doc do great work. They just finished multiple repairs on my 2006 GMC that required close coordination, multiple vendors, an insurance claim, and progressive effort after each step. They helped stay within my budget, and I would highly recommend them. The finished product was exactly what I was trying to achieve, and was very reasonably priced. As a member of the local Pontiac Oakland Club, they even hosted our club for a monthly meeting years ago. My return to them for repairs was a great experience. Thanks, guys!

I found CollisonDoc on Yelp. They had a very high rating. Three previous shops (two recommended by the insurance company), said they couldn't repair my car because parts weren't available. Gabriel at CollisonDoc worked hard to find the parts and get my car repaired. I love my car, and I really didn't want it to have to be totaled. I've needed CollisionDoc three times in two years for my Volvo XC90 and BMW X1, thanks to a rear-end collision and getting side-swiped twice in a parking lot. Each and every time, they have delivered perfect results. The work is quick, the quality is flawless, and the prices are fair. Although I haven't had any issues with their work, if you do, they have a lifetime warranty for the repair work. Hopefully I can go a little longer this time without damage to the cars, but if not, I know where I'll go to get it fixed. Highly recommend!

I recently needed to have my car repaired due to an accident and I just want to say I am so thankful I was able to meet Fernando, Frank, and the rest of the team. They were very kind, and answered all of my question and concerns. They took my car into the shop when everyone else wouldn't due to an overhanging salvage title on the car. They went above and beyond, helping me deal with my insurance company and giving me so much needed advice and insight into my claim. I've learned two things that I wanted to share with anyone involved with Fred Loya Insurance or the Toyota Carlsbad Collision Center below, but for everyone else, I cannot thank the people here enough. I promised Fernando a novel of a comment, and I could write a book about the experience, but I hope this works just as well! Thank you again! - I made a bad decision to have Fred Loya as my insurance company. Truthfully, I should have looked deeper before I purchased this insurance, but it's a mistake I won't make again. It is worth paying the extra money. - If you own a Toyota and are looking to go to the Toyota Carlsbad Collision Center, please keep in mind that if the car is deemed a total loss, Toyota will halt any work done on the car, and leave it in an undriveable state due to policy!! When I took the car to the Carlsbad location, I was able to drive it there. When they released my car, I had to tow it out because the whole front had been removed to reach the suspension and they weren't allowed to put it back into a drivable state. I want to emphasize, the staff and everyone there were very kind, and worked with me when my insurance company wouldn't. Fred Loya also claims to have a 50% threshold of repair cost, relative to the cost of the car with full coverage insurance (far below average), which made it difficult for the collision center to work with them. But their policy of not returning the car to it's original state did add an extra stressor to the situation and I wish I new about it before I brought the car in.
