Summary: my 39k mile 1998 BMW M3 convertible was repaired professionally by experts who exhaustingly detailed every repair either asked by me or suggested by Diego. The repairs were perfect and the car has been returned to perfect condition. I’m writing this review to pay back the folks who reviewed previously that led me to MotorHaus. Thank you. Details: the car was in storage for a year. Top hadn’t worked for 2 years because the last experts weren’t experts even tho they were exotic car experts too, battery dead, every rubber component reaching the end of usual life - they were all original from 1998, all fluids need to be changed after sitting, etc. Diego the service manager and I talked and then I dropped the car off for the appraisal. I told Diego I didn't need the car as a daily driver so please be comprehensive. One week later I got a call and an email of 30 pages with exhaustive detail of the repairs with video and audio, text, and tab files! I agreed to $17k worth of repairs which was much more than I expected Ctx because no other expert was ever comprehensive, and this eval was obsessive which is what i wanted. If it was rubber or rubber adjacent I wanted it replaced and it was. I wanted the car to be as mechanically new as possible. I just spent 3 days driving it and emptying the fuel tank. The repairs to steering, suspension, engine, top, wheels, tires, etc are perfect. I couldn’t be more satisfied. I appreciated Diego’s review of the car’s repairs on the lift at pick-up. I also was touched by their invoice of even more detail with more photos. These people are obsessed with doing the right thing. That’s what I wanted and I got it. I’m delighted to have my beauty back to enjoy with my cigar on winding roads. Update #1 driven her 200 miles and she is fantastic. Steady and perfect on 95. Update #2 MotorHaus called me and she had her rubber door handles replaced (back order arrived).

I’d like to start this review by thoroughly thanking Martin, Sergi, Diego and the guys at Motorhaus for their sincere and methodical diligence to take care of Ema, my one owner, original to me, 1999 M Coupe. I fully trust Martin and the team to the care and maintenance of my baby, the car that’s soothed the beast, that’s cured my tension of a passion for all BMW’s down to just one—my pride and joy. I’ve treasured and babied this car and a she’s been maintained like new since day one, but she’s seen the neglect of too few miles driven and time enjoyed with her over many years now. Recently, my passions were rekindled with a desire to restore her to be able to have the utmost confidence in her road and track worthiness. I’ve worried for years about needing deeper maintenance and who would/could do it with excellence. I vetted with tons of experience in mind, integrity, someone with stringent standards and an attention for detail. Diego and the guys helped me to set up a plan minimizing visits and to maximize efficiency, combining required and desired services, overlapping items that would save time and money. I’m so appreciative of the care and attention I received to return her to her full, like-new, former glory. Mission accomplished!! They’ve done an amazing job to keep this one owner original purring like new with their attention to detail and their superb ability to communicate and reassure me of how, what, why and of all the possible options when required. I trust these guys way more than my church’s pastors, but I did attend the Journey Church, LW/Boynton, so… But seriously, unlike the leaders of my church, these guys are totally trustworthy and honorable. Pay attention car people. Here comes a long review so...This is what all car shops should aspire to be. I have a love hate relationship with my 2000 740i 2nd owner bought it w/75k and now it's at 95k. I had a trans failsafe light come on, as well as some other issues that I wanted to get checked out. From the moment you walk in its a clean welcoming office and Diego the BMW guru, is right there to answer any questions you may. He told me how much I would pay for the inspection check what's wrong and he would reach out before they did any work at all. I received a text with a link telling me everything the technician had found and a price point for each item and amout allotted for labor. Not only do they tell you what's wrong but send pictures or videos of said issue as well solutions. For my car I had multiple things to get fixed but the tech as well as Diego told me what they would do if it was their car to get up and running. Which happened to be a battery, which I had just bought and was under warranty. I let him know and he was understanding and said that's what I'd do 1st and then see if I have the same problems from there. Got the new battery installed but still having the trans failsafe warning light.. Unfortunately I love my car but its bloody expensive having anything done to it, let alone parts. If I had the money I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. These guys are pros and deserve the recognition. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Motorhaus to anyone with a BMW who has concerns over there vehicle. I can't say enough good things or enough thanks to the staff at Motorhaus for all the help. My cars still having issues but thanks to them I have an idea of what to do next. My husband and I gifted my father a Mercedes, he’s never owned one before and we wanted to express our gratitude to him for all he’s done for us. Unfortunately it started having electrical issues. The vehicle was brought to a friend at Mercedes, and while the car sat there for 2 months there was little to no communication about the progress. Work was done and paid for but the vehicle didn’t seem right. We found another shop through a repair facility network and repairs were done but still the vehicle was not right. After driving to NY, the vehicle would die and needed the battery replaced 2 times. Not knowing many European shops in NY my father drove it down for a visit and we found MotorHaus. From the first phone call, Diego earned my trust. His technician performed the necessary diagnosis and found the issues wrong. Not only were things installed incorrectly by previous technicians, but parts installed were incorrect. Diego and his team found the issue and were in constant contact over the next steps. The amount of detail in the report we received is impeccable. Having worked in the automotive field for 12 years, I was amazed and impressed by the amount of work that was done and shared with us in the technicians report. With Motorhaus you’re paying for some of the most professional and excellent service in palm beach. The technicians take meticulous care of your vehicle and make sure you’re aware of what service was/needs to be performed. They always include pictures with invoices which is a nice touch. I’ve taken my AMG here a couple times and services were always performed on schedule. Recently I took my car in for a motor mount job and an alignment and was on the road again early next morning. The technician even went out of their way to inform me that my transmission mount was also in need of replacement. Also big thanks to Diego for being professional keeping me informed and keeping up with any updates while my car was being serviced, he does a great job and with him I know my car is in the right hands. Any skeptical Mercedes owners out there looking for a good shop to work on your car, I recommend these guys 100%.

It was my first time using MotorHaus for service. Originally I was scheduled to only do an oil change on my Audi A5 Sportback, but I had the unfortunate luck of needing to replace tires that had nails and slow leaks. The customer service and updates along the entire service / tire replacement were second to none. The prices I was quoted for everything that I had done were a fraction of what it would've costed at the dealership. The cherry on top was that they even washed and cleaned both the exterior and interior of my vehicle without even me requesting it. It's safe to say that if I need any service done in the future, I'll be coming back to Diego and the MotorHaus team.

I have serviced my BMW at Motorhaus since I moved to the WPB area. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional and all are able to clearly explain the services required and the reasons for them. They identify services which are absolutely necessary and those which may not be immediately necessary but which should be monitored. Following their work you are provided photos and explanations for both the work completed and of those items to be monitored. Prices are reasonable and they provide appropriate updates.
