While the managers (Johnathan and Gabriel) were certainly polite and the pricing was reasonable, the mechanics did not take proper care. Had four tires installed. Dirt, grease & grime scuffs & hand prints left on doors and carpet (no protective mats used). Scratched one of the alloy rims. Rims were left unsightly dirty of the work (soap/lubricant residue, dirt, grease prints). Not the care you would hope of a high-end german vehicle.

I called and needed a tire put on, same day, it was 1:00pm when I called. They told me I could come in at 3:00pm. I had to be at work at 4:00pm. When I arrived, unknown to me, I was informed that I spoke with the call center and they gave me false information, they were short handed today, 3 men, and were working on 3 cars. I expressed how urgent it was for my tire to be replaced, it was showing wires and about to go any minute. I deliver for a pizza place on Friday nights. I needed this tire put on. The assistant Manager, Arlin, was sooooo helpful. He took one look at the tire and knew I couldn’t continue driving on it. He worked it out and got my tire done in time for me to get to work! I am so appreciative! He was so understanding, caring and helpful. Thank you Arlin! You saved me from a potential accident and kept me safe!

Recently Got an Oil change scheduled By John and performed by Arlin. Arlin was attentive and thorough with my vehicle and even added tire caps to the vehicle (I had none!) I couldn’t get to my car until their end of day but Both Arlin and John Assured me I’d be okay and when I arrived I was Greeted by both Gentlemen all around 10/10 experience will recommend!

Last month I took my car to get back brakes and the bossman said "if you hear any noise coming from your back tires, bring it into us." A month later, he was right! There was a woo woo woo woo woop woop woo woo woop woop woooooooooooo noise constantly, so I made an appointment for tires. I told the young gentleman at the desk "I made an appointment for tires, but the man told me to bring it in to you if I hear anything coming from the tires. I do not know what is wrong, but it is coming from the tires." He then responded with "when my mechanic is free, he will take it for a ride." I did not hear back from them, so I called and the young gentlemen said "The tires came in, they are on the vehicle, and the mechanic is out doing a final ride." I went to pick up my car, I got in and started to drive down olden and....wooo woooo wooo whoop wooop woop woooooooooooooooooooo. Now, I am down 999.70. I paid 999.70 to listen to wooooooooooo when I could have listened to it for free. In conclusion, they did not take it for a ride to identify the issue before or after to check things out.There is no way that back wheel went unnoticed. Well, I am back to listening to metal on full blast. Thank you Mr. Tire.

By far the worst place I’ve ever been to. Went in for a state inspection. My car is 7 years old with under 55k miles on it. They told me I needed a grocery list of things for my car to pass inspection and said it would be $2100. Took it down the road to Mavis and spent $400 total and they went over everything that would potentially be needed down the road but not now or to pass inspection. Do not get ripped off by these people.

Great service at the location on S. Olden Ave. in Hamilton!! I had a road trip planned for a Monday, but after taking it in the Friday before just to make sure the battery and tires were good, I was told I needed way more than that. The assistant manager, Arlin, made sure to explain how he didn't feel it was safe to drive in the condition it was in and showed me the damaged axles that could've caused an accident while driving. I left it overnight, and was told early Saturday morning that it was ready after another worker, Sam, finished everything else up. So grateful they were able to get me in so quickly, for the detailed explanation on everything and making sure I was able to enjoy my vacation safely!

I go in on Sunday morning with an appointment. My tire blew out on Saturday. I went there becauss it is close to where I live. The guy who helped me at the desk was very unfriendly & unwelcoming. He actually was rolling his eyes at me. He told me the tire would be $45 at 1st. I had already known that the tire was unfixable. After I had made the appointment to wait for my car I pretty much was told I would have to leave & come back which made me an hour late for work. The guy calls me back with the price of the tire & tells me it is going to be $269!!! Wait! What? $269 for 1 tire??? That is wildly absurd!!! I told him I would try to find a tire for somewhere else cheaper & I did. $69 at Walmart. I was calling Walmart the other guy who works there heard me on the phone & gave me a suggestion to go online to find a cheaper tire. EXCUSE ME? Are you serious? I do not like trying to be taking advantage of. The only thing they did right waa put my spare tire back on after they took it off but I still don't know why they took it off in the 1st place. It was evident my tire that got flat that was put in my truck was destroyed.

I went in for a 4 wheel alignment and the staff was amazing. The Store Manager John was an absolute gentleman, told me the entire process, kept me updated on the process and was an all around great person. The other staff also kept me updated on the process and made sure my truck was taken care of in the best way possible. John even showed me different types of tires as I told him I was gonna purchase new wheels for my truck in the near future. Excellent customer service and great people to chat with while your vehicle is being worked on. They will be my go to shop.

Despite the lobby being packed, I was in and out in an hour and a half - not bad at all! Extremely grateful for the professionalism.
