It is great to work with a garage that still knows how to do the job right, and for a reasonable price for service. It is a little distance from my home, but I find it is worth the drive to get there. I highly recommend Mugsy's Repair.

Awesome customer service, and honest. They don't try and fix something that doesn't need to be fixed till it needs it. A lot of other places around town tell you stuff that just isn't needed to make a buck. I have taken all our cars their, and walk away satisfied every-time. If you recommend to your friends and family, I guess that says something right?

I've always taken my car here. They've helped me out of many a jam. Great reliable work at a competitive price never once have I had a problem with them trying to sell me things I do not need or put on parts without calling me first to check up on them especially on a car I know, in fact they've pointed out problems I knew were there that I did not inform them of when dropping off to get something else fixed. Goes to show their exceptional attention to detail and knowledge of every vehicle that gets dropped off. I have 4 vehicles, that I take here and have been taking all my cars to Rick and Brad for 15 year's! They are honest and wont upsell or try to scam you. I've heard horror stories about other repair shops. Mugsys doesn't operate that way. They are trustworthy and genuine people. Who do great work!

This was not my first time visiting this establishment. My last visit was about 2 weeks ago. I took my Dodge Ram Pick-Up in for a State Emissions Inspection & State Safety Inspection. They required to drop it off due to COVID-19 and that's totally understandable. They called me explaining what was needed for the State Inspection and quoted me a price as well. The prices are very good. They called me back when the work was completed to let me know. I will definitely be returning for future service.

I can’t express enough gratitude for this shop. Not only did they fix my 95’ Accord issues, they painstakingly took the time to personally order parts for it. The shop also tightened by serpentine belt that was recently replaced as well! Their communication, professionalism, and prices are fabulous. Will be coming back again.
