Had to get an oil change for my car and stopped at the lube center. First thing I noticed is that the line moves pretty quickly and they move you based on when you arrived and not what position you are at in the lane that you are in. 2nd thing is the staff is very friendly and professional. And the biggest thing is they didn’t try and upsell me on things I didn’t need or for a more expensive oil change than what I got. Plus they offer free fluid top offs anytime. I recommend this place over Valvoline or Jiffy Lube!

I have been getting my oil changed at The Lube Center for several years. This was my first unpleasant experience. I have always heard terrible things about The Lube Center. I continued to go because it was not my experience. I was loyal. I will never return. They did extra services without first getting my consent.

This is my A1 stop to go as I’ve don’t know too much about cars every technician at the Lube center is friendly and takes the time out to explain the problems and don’t make you feel pressured into purchasing anything. They were even kind enough to install lights that I purchased at AutoZone because again I don’t know too much about vehicles and I was unable to get to my phone as a technician is there for more than willing to help me so I think everyone purchase always being there to help me with my quick minute. Car needs.

This is the second time I’ve been here the first time I took my daughter before she went back to Virginia for school for a last-minute oil change. Both times we had extremely nice people that we dealt with the price we paid seemed reasonable and fair. no one pressured us for any extra services even if they were recommended and we declined. I will be back for sure. Definitely nice to know there’s a place to go where people are friendly and will not push you for anything you don’t want.

Great experience at West York Lube Center. It’s a drive-through oil change, so you don’t even have to get out of your car, which makes everything quick and convenient. The staff was professional, honest, and explained everything clearly while I stayed in the vehicle. They showed me the condition of my oil and filter, explained what was needed and why, and there was no pressure at all. Fast service, knowledgeable team, and very convenient. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend them.

I decided to check out this location because of all the raving reviews, and now I completely understand why. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation, and they went above and beyond by topping off all my fluids and checking my air filter (which was definitely overdue, so I had it replaced). What really stood out to me was how thorough they were and how clearly they explained the condition of my car. They made sure I actually understood what was going on instead of just rushing me through. You can also tell their team works really well together, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.
