My vehicle has been at this location for almost 2 months and clearly by the sounds of my conversation today, will exceed 2 months! Not once has anyone called me to give me legitimate updates. Every time I have called to check on the status I have been told on more than one occasion "we're just waiting on parts it will be done next week." Lies, lies, and more lies! EVERY TIME the week I'm supposed to get it back comes around, you guessed it...its NOT READY because they're "still waiting on parts, it will be ready next week! I'm genuinely considering making a formal complaint. I do NOT recommend using this shop! Where is the professionalism at? Consider this a fair warning..DONT GO HERE!!

Hands down worst shop I've ever been to. They're so full of $hit. They didn't do one thing they said they would. I never even got one phone call about my car, I had to keep calling them. A $6k estimate all of a sudden became $19k. They promised a rental car which I never got. Overall I got screwed and didn't get my car back. It didn't even have any mechanical problems. Stay away.

Took in my car on Tuesday the 5th since my car had shattered glass since they tried to break into. Extremely fast and insurance was easily able to work with them (Mercury insurance). Got it done today Thursday the 7th and extremely fast. Everyone working there are extremely nice and breakdown everything for you. They even did my tints from the windows they replaced and cleaned my car so beautifully which I was not expecting. My experience here has definitely been great and I highly recommend to anyone else that is looking.

So it can be understood how grateful I am to this people I have let you know a bit about me. I am an older person retired, , I don't even have a bank account I wanted my car fixed because basically that's the most expensive thing I owned. I want to take care of it. Never done this before. Was not aware I had to pay the deductible to them once my car was done. They were so underunderstanding and helpful. They are truly amazing. Will recommend them with out a doubt. Staff was supper friendly, Noreen was great and approachable. I found the place location convenient, close to home, and they are open on Saturday. The body work on my vehicle was great. My car looked new and the detail attention made me feel special. I did go because I had an insurance claim, but they were very knowledgeable on how to handle the claim info or contacting the insurance company to obtain the information needed. The office/waiting space was nice, cool, clean and they had TV for entertainment.
