I have a 2017 RAM 2500 with a Cummins. It's had about 200,000 miles on it when I first met Jack. It now has 417,000 miles on it and I'm sure without his advice and the work he's put into it, it would have died long ago. It's still running hard and regularly pulling an 8000 pound trailer. I own a luxury foreign vehicle and My C.A.R. has been taking car of all my car and maintenance needs for about a year or so. They are extremely honest and the receptionist is so patient and thorough when explaining. They warranty their work and speak to you about options and priority. I would highly recommend this establishment to everyone. If you're a female and hesitant about going to a mechanic, please try them. They even upload photos with explanation of why something needs to be repaired.

My C.A.R. Center is a hidden Jem off Eckert rd. Start with customer service Angie very professional and has great knowledge on auto mechanics she answered all my questions , I felt I left my car in great hands. They have an several mechanics and Electronic Mechanic which is what my car needed plus other things. I will never take my car to any other auto shop. I highly recommend My C.A.R. Center to anyone who wants to take care of their investment.

My splash guard was barely hanging on and needed to be reattached to the bottom front of my car. I called My C.A.R Center and asked if they could help me. They said they’d need to look at it and see and to bring my car in. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted very kindly and taken care of in a timely manner. My whole experience was so good. I was notified about each step that was being taken to fix my car. Not only were they able to reattach my splash guard…they also let me know through an inspection what I would need done in the future. I am so very grateful that it was able to be fixed. After our car shut down on the highway due to engine overheating just three days before Christmas, and near closing time, it was hard to find anyone to take on our case. Thankfully, My CAR Center was kind enough to help and we managed to let the engine cool down a bit and slowly drive over there before closing. After inspection it looked to be a non-trivial repair of the engine water pump. And since we had to host people in just two days and needed our car, the team was very considerate and did their best to finish the repair in time, and to our pleasant surprise the repair was done a few hours before they said could be done. We were able to enjoy a good Christmas thanks to the team.

I had a great experience at this place. I needed to get the middle seats out of my van removed. Turns out I didn’t even need them removed because under the carpet there is a trapdoor for them to fold into which I didn’t know about and the guy even showed me how to do it. Amazing customer service. I wasn’t even charged either, and I even offered to give him $20 but he said not to worry about it. Amazing dude!

They worked on my VW Tiguan that needed some TLC, they explained all of their findings after the initial exams and told me the importance of each item needing work. At no time did I feel pressured into getting any work done. Blake was awesome in explaining the work he did and what to look out for in the future.
