Crew there was very helpful, got me the battery that I needed. Interestingly enough they call me the parts, but to be honest I really didn't know much about the products themselves. In fact, it's a good thing that I knew what battery I needed. Paychex by just looking at my car and seeing which one fit the size of the battery slot. they were very friendly and super helpful, but if they knew a little bit more about the products that they were offering I would be a lot more happy with the service. Also they don't do installations and that was kind of a bummer. although they do offer better Parts than other Auto Parts shops as far as Brands go their are some of the best on the market besides Interstate. However, if you can find an Interstate battery on the internet you might as well buy it there because they're not going to install it at NAPA anyways and they last longer than Legend.

The staff here are pretty unwelcoming. When I walked in they were arguing with a customer. When it was my turn to be helped they were not helpful. I was looking for an inline fuel filter and I didn't have the exact size. When I asked to see one or two the response I got was. "They are upstairs, I have to get them. You need to know what size you want before I do that".... Do I need to say anything else in this review? I was not helped because I did not have the exact size.... I came all the way to this location and was not helped (btw I was the only customer in the store at this time and there was 2 other employees on the floor). Only reason I'm giving it a 2 star is because the oil I needed was on sale. If you need help finding something, go somewhere else.

Don’t bother going into the Troy store looking for something. When they finally get done hanging out talking to each other and ask you what you need they will then tell you they don’t carry much in that store. They wouldn’t even look for what I needed. Unbelievable. Only customer in the store and still couldn’t get help. Now I know why I was the only customer.

I went there to order a part with Gordon carpenter and he ordered the wrong part and then told me I don’t know what I am doing I been a mechanic for over 40 years and to make a long story short he found the right part and got me the right part. People like him don’t need to be working with customers

I used the option on the NAPA website to select free delivery and was able to place the order with no issue. The order listing on the site kept saying it would be delivered “today” the last few days and it never came. I finally called the store and was informed “we don’t do home deliveries.” Nowhere was this made clear on the site when I placed the order or in the emails I was sent. I would recommend making this clearer in the future.
