I waited ten minutes at the parts desk. Asked two employees if there was anyone there. There was, according to the staff, but I never saw anyone. Employee helped five people at register who had come in after me. I finally left and have no plans on returning.

This morning I ran into autozone as soon as they opened the doors. I said please somebody help me. I need a window wiper put on asap. Its going to rain today. And i need to get to work. Whoever answered the phone today on today’s date 2/16/23 they gave the most worst disrespectful communication and I asked for something all I got was no they didn’t even bother to look at ask when I ask for the manager she was like I was the manager and then hung up on me if I were you I wouldn’t go shopping here unless you want to be disrespected It’s funny because their store in Fairfield help me no problem and it’s crazy. I have to drive that far two hours away, just to be helped by some gentleman compared to Vallejo, which is filled with a bunch of tweakers and kids who don’t know what they’re doing. I don’t know why you hire people like that.

The absolute worst customer service of any place I have ever done business with. Do not deal with these people. The tall skinny lady lied straight to my face. My two day order took six days. No one contacted me when my order came in. They didn't apologize, and they didn't care when I refused the order. She scoffed when I told her to make it right or she would lose my business. They have lost my business forever.

Don’t waste your time here. If you need something like fluids or a battery, then I suppose you can go ahead, but if you need anything specific like suspension, steering, engine components or electronics, don’t even bother with this location. I ordered an axle (I even gave the vin number when ordering) and was given the wrong part. I knew it was wrong because when I took it out of the box and compared side by side. Some of the notches did not match up with the oem part and it was about 3.5mm longer. I tried to return it and was told that it looked like I had installed the part and that my return could not be accepted. The girl at the register literally ripped the box open and tore the foam covers when checking the box just to tell me that. I was going to contact corporate but I decided not to waste any more of my time dealing with this. Time is more valuable than the 200 dollars I lost to these incompetent employees. The only reason I spend time we toting this is so you don’t get screwed over by these nincompoops. I miss when they had the older gentlemen working here a few years back. So If you really must get something from this company, I would recommend you go to the location in Fairfield or Sanrafael. Those locations have more competent employees compared to this one. In case this was too long for you to read, this is what happened: I, 1.received the wrong part despite giving correct info when ordering. 2. Got accused of being a scammer when I tried to return the wrong part they gave me. Go somewhere else other than here 👍

They dont even acknowledge you. Dont waste your time. A female employee was more concerned about if anyone wanted taco bell or jack in the box for lunch instead of helping the customers. Great customer service skills at its finest 🤦♂️

Do not go to this Napa store @ 2999 Sonoma in Vallejo !! First time placed online order that was supposed to be ready for pick up in two days when a week passed I called to get a status update and they said the store never ordered the parts from their warehouse . Second time I placed an order and called on the date I was given to make sure they ordered parts and have them . They did not and they got them the next day but they shorted me one spark plug and two out of the five they gave me we're damaged and not usable not to mention every one was out of spec on the gaps .

Don’t shop here if you need automotive parts, or need to get your work trucks back on the road. Worst customer service. Can’t get an order straight. After shopping here weekly since 2011 I am done. Need to spend 20 minutes on the phone to “spoon feed” them the parts list, they still messed me up three times in the past week, costing me big $$. Nothing in stock, shelves are partially empty, parking lot is full of weeds and trash. Called Corporate and I see they finally cleaned it up. Expecting another call back from corporate today to discuss why they staff untrained parts counter people.
