I went in today to purchase a stereo and a young lady helped me i did not catch her name....but she was very nice and she was patient in showing the options.....she even explained that in this case the stereo that had no bluethooth was more expensive than the one that did....she could have easily changed the prices around but she did not care about unchanging will be coming back and refering people here...

Ordered ac compressor o rings. Forgot to Pic them up. Lost receipt. They had no way of finding my parts, not under a phone number no call that parts arrived. Best $26 bucks I ever spent to learn not to deal with this store. Burbank auto parts was legit. Napa came in no good.

Went to this store in April and bought ignition igniter module for my sons Lexus. Unfortunately I believe due to the sudden heatwave we've been having module failed while I was visiting my son in Mission Viejo. My son is a United States Marine and needed to get back on base so the only alternative was to purchase igniter module from a Lexus dealership. I went to NAPA to return faulty module and was attended to by the store manager YOLANDA. She explained to me that the warranty stated that the module had a three year warranty. I described to YOLANDA the unfortunate incident my son was in and I really had no choice but to pay the Lexus dealer their ridiculous price for a new module. YOLANDA explained to me that she was going to make an exception and refund me the money I had spent on the NAPA product. I understand that this store took a loss for my original purchase which was $420. YOLANDA showed me that she is a woman of strong moral character and the EPITOME of what a store manager should be. She is a true asset to NAPA because of her understanding and professionalism I will go out of my way to continue doing business with this store, even though I'm traveling from L.A to Burbank. I left giving YOLANDA a huge hug of appreciation. She is a PRIME example of providing excellent customer service and satisfaction. YOLANDA may God bless you and may He provide for all your needs.

They don’t carry any 5w40 oil whatsoever. And a pennzoil 5w30 high mileage costs $15 so expensive and I can tell it’s been sitting there forever because I can see the big amount of dust on it like it was in the attic for 10 years

Purchased some parts at Napa online. Unfortunately the air filters didn’t fit even though the site said they would Napa online says parts can be returned at ANY Napa store. I'd called the El Monte store last week and they told me the same thing. When I arrived at the Burbank Napa store a woman in the parking lot saw my box and asked if I’d purchased online. I said I had and she immediately said I could not return them there. I asked why and she said they could but she wouldn’t. No reason was given but she says she’s the manager: "Respect my AUTHORITAY" I told her what the Napa site said, what El Monte had told me and that I’d traveled 25 minutes. Still she refused. I was VERY pissed Finally she gave in but again didn't say why she'd changed her mind. My yelling may have helped. Great customer service She should be fired for refusing to comply with Napa policies. Who does she think she is? Arrogant rude and stupid is what. I’ll never do business with Napa again.

Polite staff. Seems to be pretty well stocked. They do have good prices on deep cycle batteries, I've been checking around and they have the best prices. Added: I did purchase the battery last week and they were nice enough to carry it out to the truck and help determine a size that fit.

I called to ask about ordering two Odyssey AGM batteries I saw on the Napa website. The manager Yolanda basically did everything in her power to turn down my money. First she told me that she doesn’t stock this battery in her store and that she only has one driver, so if I order them online, she doesn’t know when they’ll be able to deliver the batteries. Then, I asked about fitment and if for some reason they don’t work with my battery tray, can I return online orders to her store since I live nearby, and she said that she would rather that I didn’t because she doesn’t even stock this battery to begin with. Then she tried to talk me into buying some other brand. I don’t know, maybe she was having a bad day, but she put in a lot of effort to turn away my business. Mind you, Napa is an authorized dealer for odyssey.
