Any of the 3 NAPA stores in Abilene are well staffed with experienced professional parts folks. Their warehouse downtown and overnight delivery from multiple other warehouses afford great availability for the customer's needs.

Great customer service I had a man named Edward who waited on me when he could not get me the parts I needed he called the Dodge house for me and had them order them for me. O was very pleased and will go back he was very helpful and I always get my parts there

New to town, a big fan of NAPA, but not this one!! Been there twice 1st time didn’t have the belts I needed recommended another type and then didn’t have those with no idea of availability. 2nd time gave them a part number by phone, they said they had that part, quoted me a price ( very high) but gave them the benefit and went to get it. The part was a fit but not the brand I had asked for and the counter guy quoted me 25% more than over the phone and would not change?!?! Strike 3 this store is off my list of go to, for parts!
