My husband an I made a great decision to give these guys a call. They were supposed to look at our truck this coming week, but they got a cancellation and started to work on our truck earlier. The fix wasn’t as expensive as I would’ve thought, and the guys were very honest and respectful to us, and our truck is running better then ever! I highly recommend coming to these guys for sure!

Got an oil change and free brake check up. Had an irregular oil filter for an import vehicle that they handled with ease. And simply and rapidly identified the part wasn't in stock but sent an employee to get it at another vendor while they checked the brakes. And while my brakes where squeaking, they firmly and without hesitation explained that I didn't need any work done on them, just that the replacement pads I had installed a year previously by another shop were a bit lower quality and tend to squeal a bit even though they work perfectly fine. I was impressed on both fronts on the honesty and going the extra mile. Price was more than fair and service was top notch.

I have to take time to talk about how AMAZING David and The CAR Guys are. I was told I needed a $500 fix on my car. I took it to David and he came in when the shop was closed for winter weather just to make sure I'd have a safe car to get to work. He found that I didn't need the $500 fix and was so patient and kind. 10/10 great service!

They warranty their work for 2 years, 24,000 miles, parts & labor across the U.S. (where CAR guys are found). And they offer a military discount. They are quick to schedule you & get you in, accurate diagnostics in my experience, & quick to get you back on the road. They've fixed my oil pressure sensor & done oil changes in the past, also now disc brakes, rotors, & a broken master cylinder. The master cylinder photo attached - shows a separate piece that should not detach.

Very satisfied with the work performed and the price we paid. We took our 1998 tahoe in for sloppy steering, squishy brake pedal and a state inspection. They quickly diagnosed our problems and gave us a reasonable estimate to fix the long list of issues. They wrapped up the job in a couple of days and stuck to the estimate they provided. This shop is walking distance and had to abandon my car in their parking lot at 7:30 AM in fear of going any further or my car dying somewhere less inconvenient. Called them when they opened and they were so nice, understanding, and professional. Was able to walk back and drop off my key and received an update and estimate a few hours later. Great group of guys. Great work, brought in our SUV in for repairs...was given estimate and time frame for job before work ever began. They completed the work quicker than what they said they would and was reasonable priced, real pleased with these guys and there work. And not to mention they threw in a 7 10 cap I was miss at no charge...thanks guys will be back.

Sent my wife to get the front brake pads changed. That's it. We already had the pads and rotors are good. I didn't change them myself because I didn't have the right socket at the time. Some guy told her she needed all the brake pads and rotors replaced. After this attempted $900 up-service that wasnt needed I took her car down the street for $115. Update: 11-15-24. Obviously you wouldn't have a record of my wife stopping by because we did not have you service our vehicle. My review is not based upon work done to my vehicle. My review is based upon you guys trying to preform extra work on parts that didn't need to be changed out (the rotors) and had you been clear with my wife about not using our own parts she would have told me and this review would have never been added.

I can't tell you how good their work is yet, but their customer service is awesome! I went to them to figure out what was wrong with my AC after other places said they couldn't because of the refrigerant my car uses! The Car Guys didn't even charge me the $69.95 for the diagnostics, which is way less than other places, and they gave me a real quote with a breakdown and explanation. I just wish I had the money to get the job done right now. I'll be recommending them for a while!
