I just moved to the Santa Rosa area and own a semi trucking company. The manager Jon Conte needs help with following up with customers and an attitude adjustment. I don’t expect this from a “manager” if the owner would like to discuss this I would be more than happy to reverse the bad rating.

Good customer service but poor communication. I ordered a part online for store pick up. When I showed up they explained the part wasn't there. They should of called so I didn't waste 30 minutes driving and and then back. Still by far have the best quality around so one bad experience will not keep me from returning.

I just had the greatest experience by this store and specifically by Brian. I have been displaced by the CARR fire and during the evacuation, my headlight went out. I went into this store and was greeted by the counter person and when Brian overheard my problem, he said he would glad to assist me in replacing the light bulb. He got his hands dirty. What fantastic customer service!! I will return to this store if I ever find myself in need again. Thank you Brian!

Been in here a few times recently and left empty handed both times. Once was to pick up a special order that they couldn't find by name or part number. Had to dig up the order number for them and even then they said they couldn't find it. Usually I'm ok with paying extra to keep my business local but in my second trip there I tried to get a bearing to repair a power tool, the price they told me was an over 8000% mark up from Amazon. They said it would have to be special ordered, hints the price. I went into the store to check because it's a pretty common bearing and they had it in stock, for the still special order price. The price was 300% over the local competitor whom I contacted. They get two stars because they do have a good stock. If you want it they probably have it, just gotta find it.

I prefer shopping with Napa Auto over the other chain stores for my classic truck restoration projects... They have high quality products, good selection, and very knowledgeable staff that are always friendly and helpful. I often find they are the only place in town that has what I need available the same day. Ordering online for in-store pickup is convenient and sometimes you can get a small discount if you do.

Bought a battery in Vallejo for my son because I happened to be in Vallejo at the time. Turns out he didn't need it so we tried to return in Santa Rosa because we live in Santa Rosa. We were told us we had to return it in Vallejo because each Napa Store is independently owned. Ok, fine. When I got to the Vallejo, they told me they take returns from Santa Rosa all the time! Not a good first impression Santa Rosa!

I went in there looking for a odd ball large socket 37mm. Brian, went above and beyond to get us the socket that we needed. Checking his inventory as well as the parts catalog. Eventually, he found a metric that he converted to standard and it was right on the money. Brought it home and it was a perfect fit!! Thank you Brian you have created a customer for life!!

Great service but, EXTREMELY OVER PRICED! Every time I leave there I am SHOCKED the price I just paid. Today was my last visit. $116.00 For 3 automotive fan belts. Nothing special just standard size V groove belts. They should have been $15 a piece $20 TOPS.

Awesome! Couple guys helped me fix a broken coupling on air vacuum on the intake cover (that guy before me made a mess out of) for $15 that would have been $300. Found it out when I failed a smog test, now I'm confident it'll pass... I had to apoxy a new coupling on it and then go from 1/2" to 3/8" for the hose. Thx guys!

I drive past at least three auto part stores to come to Napa Auto Parts on Santa Rosa Ave. While the others all likely have what I need, NONE have a great a team as these guys. Every time I come in, they go above and beyond to help me and help me right. Carlos - pictured here - is my HERO today! He came out IN THE RAIN top help make sure the problem was my windshield wipers, not a dirty windshield. I commute over mountains and with some big rain storms coming, I needed to be able to see. This is how these guys are - the last time I had to come in, it was a battery. Seriously outstanding service. #teamwork

Back in January I had some health issues and my car remained idle for about four months. The battery was dead, so I had it jumped. It seemed to be working after that, but I started having trouble starting it after awhile. I ran this by some of the crew at Napa Auto Parts and they suggested I bring it in the next day to have it tested. The test indicated it should be replaced. They gave me the option of recharging it, but due to how old it is, I opted for a new battery. So far, I have a much more powerful start. I am starting to gain confidence that the battery was the issue and not something more serious. I want to thank Napa Auto Parts for the great customer service I received.
