i I extremely advise people to stay away from this place my mother took the car here to get a wheel alignment and after she left she was still feeling that the car was not properly done they gave her a receipt and when she went back they said that she was never there before I'm glad she had the receipt to show them . that she had just came out of this place if you are a woman or lady with little knowledge of cars please stay away from this place they will try and take ur money do not go to this place do not and especially if you are a woman

Most horrible esperience to date with any auto repair shop. I was told to come on in for a "consultation" by a stocky gentleman who charged me $20 to have it checked out on his lift. Fine. When his quote was too high, I took out the $20 and tried to leave. He refused to give up my vehicle unless I paid him $50, saying his workers had loosened "a bolt" when it was on the lift. I called the cops and the guy LIED, saying I had agreed to let him work on my car, then came back a half an hour later having changed my mind??? Police were called and they were no help. Once he's got your car on the lift, you're screwed for whatever amount he wants under the falsification that your car's up there so you must have agreed to the work. So I paid $50 for driving into the wrong place. Really arrogant, nasty fellow hurled insults and was satisfied with himself like he had done this before and knew he would get away with it. I guess he figured I'd go for over $400 dollars of needless repairs that had nothing to do with the issue I walked in for, if he could force me to fork over $50 instead of the $20 he was entitled to. Most desperate, underhanded tactic ever. I'd rather take my loss and report him to the Dept. of Consumer Affairs. Avoid at all costs! Don't want you to learn like I did. Note: The address on the front of this criminal's place is 1349 Spofford Avenue not 725 Whittier which is what he comes up as.

An honest auto repair shop. I've have had them work on 4 of my cars over the last ten years and they've always been honest, fair and reasonably priced. I know it's not possible to get all of those at once place but here you go
