Great service!…but most importantly, honest! Today I brought suv in air suspension riding a bit rough, they diagnosed potential problem and told me nothing needed to be done yet and didn’t want to sell me something that may not help. They reassured me the car has fail safes in case system does fail, at that time can repair. They examined the rest of the suspension and undercarriage and found it all to be perfect. They didn’t charge me for this diagnosis, the 45 min of time they spent with the car) thank you Network Auto! *know though you do get what you pay for, when something does go wrong they won’t put in cheap parts so this isn’t your backyard mechanic, still way better than a dealer and better service too!

Brought my Volkswagen jetta for a engine light. Turned out my purge valve needed replacing. I really liked the video they sent me which showed where the leak was coming from. After getting a few quotes for repair they were hands down priced better than everyone else. Professional, knowledgeable and kind staff members. I am extremely disappointed in Network Automotive as I had been a loyal customer for years until today. My Intuition was telling me to get a second opinion and I am so glad that I did. They wanted to do over $1100 plus work on my vehicle that the had done last October. In addition, the coolant bottle and radiator were empty. Appears that the wrong coolant (yellow) was previously used. Keep in mind that they just did an oil change. I am furious and wonder how many other times they probably did work that wasn't necessary.

I took my truck in for an alignment and they tore up my rack and pinion boots. I replaced them and they realigned it for me for free. Very nice guys and will work with you if they mess up.

I've always taken my Lexus lx470 to the Lexus dealership to get it serviced. However, when they quoted me a price to repair the control arms, ball joints and shocks that was more than the car is worth, I drove it back home without approving the repairs after I picked myself up off the floor from shock. We still needed the car, we weren't ready to sell, but we didn't know a trustworthy shop to bring it to. I purchased it new and it lasted 24 years for me so I don't trust just anybody to work on it. Fortunately, a friend recommended Network Automotive Service Center in Gilbert. We took it there and Chris greeted me at the counter. Right off the bat, Chris did not try to discount what I perceived was the issue, nor did he try to mansplain the repairs after the tech diagnosed the problems. Chris was so nice and the mechanic was top notch. The mechanic replaced the parts but wasn't happy with the test drive and he took it upon himself to find oen parts and switch them out. This is an honest repair shop and I highly recommend this company. Chris will make sure everything goes according to plan and the mechanic has such a high quality standard for his work. Do not hesitate to trust them with your vehicle.

I would like to thank Chris and everyone at Network Automotive for taking care of me and my 2007 Dodge Nitro. I have had this dodge since 2006 and I'm about to hit 300k miles on it. I've never had to do any real major work on it but I brought it in this past Fri because it was leaking fluid and had a check engine light on. From the beginning it was a great experience working with Chris he was incredibly clear and upfront with what they were going to look at and possible issues. After a quick phone call Fri morning he informed me of a few issues. I had a cracked radiator, bad hoses, bad serpentine belt and of course a bad water pump. Chris was very helpful in breaking down the cost and what they could fix. I got a great price that I felt was very fair and better than any other shop. I had everything done by end of day Fri and feel confident this will keep going for a few more years. I will plan on taking my vehicles here for now on and no where else. Thank you Chris! And the network automotive team so much!
