Came here based on reviews and the low prices, greeted immediately but was told it would be 2hrs till my car was done, not ideal, but fine. Gave my info, marked my Groupon voucher "used" and then got told not only would the oil my car uses cost me at least $120 more but they didn't even have the oil on hand. Friendly staff, good prices but none of that matters if you can't provide services people "paid" for. Having to fight with Groupon to hopefully get my money back, but it's not guaranteed since I already swiped it as used.

Alex, the Manager, was very helpful and honest. I brought my car for an oil leak around the Turbo engine area. He did a free inspection on my car and found out that two hoses need to be replaced. Months prior to coming here, BMW dealership told me I needed the whole turbo engine replaced which i was quoted for $8k plus tax. Alex replaced and fixed the oil leaks for $1,300. Got my car same day!

I've been coming to the Azure location for a few years now, and I couldn't be happier with the service. They don't just tell you what the problem is with your vehicle, they explain the work that needs to be done and why. One time, they even brought me out to look under my car to show me what was going on. They're awesome!! It's friendly, honest, quality service at a reasonable price. I trust their service 100%!!

Not an honest shop. I took my car in knowing i needed one coil and all new spark plugs. They said the $150 diagnostic would go towards work done, then said $750 for repairs. I said id go elsewhere, he said 'wait, let me see what I can do' Be careful native Nevadans, some people dont do business like we do out here. Wont be returning after the way it was handled.

I come here for my oil changes. They always have a Groupon, but they will match the Groupon price in shop and it’s the best price for an oil change I’ve seen. Even when there’s a line they’re still pretty quick. I’ve been to 3 of their locations and they’re all great.

Nevada Auto Center on Azure did my oil change today, and it was such a pleasant experience! As a female, it was so nice to be greeted by a friendly female receptionist — that immediately made me feel comfortable. It’s a family-owned shop, which I really appreciate, and the service was quick and professional. I used to love this place, but lately it has really gone downhill. Every time I come in, there’s a new excuse for why they can’t do an oil change. They always say they’re “too busy” or that I’ll have to wait hours. Today, January 2, 2026, I arrived right after they opened and was told they only had one person doing oil changes, and that he was busy diagnosing another car. This seems to happen every visit. I also get the feeling that as soon as you mention Groupon, their attitude changes. On top of that, I’ve noticed a lot of upselling and unexpected charges. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this place anymore.

When I got to the auto shop Allan greeted me so professional and was very informative of all my questions. Alex his manager was also there they are team work for sure. My oil change took no time. And while I waited I was offered drinks and a clean waiting area to wait. My experience with Allen and Alex was the best I ever experienced in an auto shop. Professional, Polite, quick service, I would definitely recommend this place. Just ask for Allan or Alex the Professional guys. :)
