Called to asksd approximate prices for service just wanted price range but guy on fon was rude glad your business can afford to lose business with customer service like that I'll take my mechanic and cash needs elsewhere

So our car broke down on Ellison and Osuna and we got it towed to NM car care. Thank goodness we did because Culter is a very honest and great businessman. We even had to leave our car there for a couple weeks because of financial problems we were having. He totally understood as long as we kept communicating with him. Thank you Culter, our other car with electrical problems is now in his service as well. :)

Great shop that I originally found on Angie's List years ago. They have yet to disappoint. I've taken our family's Mazda 3, Toyota Tacoma, Ford Van, Nissan Maxima, a friends Mitsubishi Montero, Chevy Suburban, and next week my moms Hyundai Santa Fe. Coulter and staff are very thorough, realistic and fair. Never had an issue with repair work or doubted their assessments. I always highly recommend Coulter's shop to anyone and everyone who needs a reputable mechanic. Keep up the good work Coulter and see ya next week!

Which helps you be able to prioritize vechile repairs in a safe and budget friendly matter. They are very knowledgeable and reliable. We trust them and that is a rarity in my case.
