Diagnostic was quoted at $50 and charged $250. No communication, very high rates. Higher than what the dealer charged. Fed up with service took my car out of there with check engine light on because they couldn't get it to turn of.

Had a vehicle that I took into for repair. My warranty covered damage to replaced part. I took vehicle in to get looked at manager was not in office waited three weeks for return of phone calls and went to go visit several time to get resolution. By then my warranty expires and the company tries to charge us 1500 just to confirm if problem was cause if part. I am no longer a customer of the facility and suggest that if you have any vehicle 2010^ you consult a licensed vehicle manufacturer for repairs. Very discouraged with service.

12/10 services from Nica. There very reasonable and communication is on point best I’ve ever seen from a car shop they will tell you how it is and won’t beat around the bush like some places will lie just so they can get paid Nica is not one of those places I really recommend them especially if you want FAST TRUSTWORTHY SERVICE DEFINITELY would give it a 6 star if I could!!

Refused to do simple valve lash adjustment unless I paid them a fat premium to take the cylinder head off and unnecessarily clean the valves, no where does Honda require that for a valve adjustment, just taking the cylinder head off alone requires replacing the head gasket and most shops charge $1000 for that alone, even a stealership would do the adjustment only for $750 I just want to point out that the owners response about me being upset for not being able to the job is bogus, like i said they said they could do it, only If I pay a big premium for unnecessary services

Very arrogant business owner, no manners, he doesn't care what you want to say, he only wants you to hear him. They changed my truck part and put a damaged part. My truck went for diagnostic, and he charged me $300, I pleaded, but he walked away on me.

I took my truck for an a/c diagnostic and they were able to detect the leak with their top notch equipment, they were fast and efficient, I would definitely come back for more repairs

Run far away incompetent and rip off prices $400 for a diagnostic, battery and terminal. Supposed to diagnose strut issue and battery dying. They replaced the battery without my approval then told me it would take another day to diagnose the strut. I go in the next morning to talk to the owner and my car isn't even on a lift, no intention to diagnose the suspension issues. I pay the money for the work I didn't approve of and leave Bad news, I look under the hood and they put a group 26re instead of the OEM group 25 battery! Kicker being it was the wrong battery had to take it back then they charged me 25 for the correct battery. Owner laughed in my face when I told him it wasn't correct. Don't take anything here hope he goes bankrupt. Also building has no bathroom or heat so don't plan on staying there to get work done

Brought my car here for a new serpentine belt, driver's side headlight and an oil change. Picked up the car and the dash board was lit up like a Christmas tree. Called and was told they didn't do it. So I brought my car to a competent mechanic and was told that you can see where they gouged my alternator and broke the solenoid off. So that's another 350. Don't bring your car here unless you actually don't want to get it repaired and you are fine with them doing more damage and charging you more. Or their just hoping if they break your car enough you will sell it to them for cheap. It's just shady business practice.

I’ve taken my truck here for the last 3years these guys do great work only place in Indianapolis I will let touch my truck and you can’t beat there oil change prices if you bring your own oil and filter! I wish you guys much success thanks from GAO transportation.
