Literally perfect. Family owned, extremely friendly, fast, good at their jobs and everything positive you can think of. I just wish I could remember the names of the people who helped me. The first time I called I think Adriana answered the phone was extremely helpful and was super friendly, even made some jokes. I popped in on a Saturday not terribly busy but had a few people in there. I was in and out within 20 minutes. The smog test took maybe 5 minutes at most. They gave me some puzzles to keep busy and let me have one to take home after the test was completed. Amazing family owned smog check place. Will definitely be coming back here whenever I need one.

Today was my first visit to this location. It is as good as the ratings you read. The staff is friendly and efficient. The waiting room is small but well maintained. The puzzle table is amazing. Turbo, the mascot, is fantastic. He will stay by your side forever if you give him some loving. By all means try Nice & Easy next time you need a smog check. I highly recommend it.

I wish I found this place sooner!. I went to a place somewhere near before but their "Internet was out" this time so I stumbled upon this place. I called first and they were so helpful insisting to just walk in. I got there and they had the kindest customer service. They have actual books for you to read while you wait instead of magazines, and tons of little entertaining mind games to keep you busy. Honestly the wait felt non-existent and super quick. Definitely coming back here for my next smog, they even make sure you leave with a lil prize or treat. I appreciated them taking these little extra steps to make a task that many find annoying to be actually an enjoyable experience.

We've gone here for years and I just can't tell you how wonderful they are! How is it possible to actually ENJOY getting your car smogged?? Nice & Easy really IS so nice and they make it easy - they even have a cozy waiting area with a peaceful nature scene showing, puzzles to do, things to read - it's like you're in a family member's den relaxing! Before I knew it, my car was done and honestly, I wanted to stay longer just because the ladies were so very nice and the atmosphere is so unlike my businesses nowadays that rush you in and out and don't even smile. Nice & Easy goes beyond excellent customer service AND they treat your car just as nice!
