Inaccurate information provided over the phone from the service department. The price and time for service was significantly higher than stated. Either I was duped, or the personnel require more training. At least the parts department was more forthright and pleasant.

Attempted to take my Nissan 370z here for some parts replacements. Person behind the desk had disparaging comments about my car, didn't understand what the parts were that I needed, and took 25 minutes before finally telling me they didn't have the parts I needed and it would take an additional 2 weeks to order the part. I ordered the part from Amazon 5 minutes later, received the part 2 days later, and did the work myself, which literally took 30 seconds. They did not convince me that my car was safe in their hands.

Lost my business. I bought my car here in 2012. I've been getting calls day and night from them saying my car is due for service. I take my car in at 830 on Wed for service that they've been relentlessly calling me telling me I need. I'm told it will be two hours before they can even look at my car. I work and have limited time off. I also can't leave my car with them all day. I could not wait 2 plus hours since I had other appointments that day so I asked to make an appt for another day...and found out they don't take appointments! So my choices were wait 2 plus hours to even get my car looked at or find another auto service shop...you can probably guess what I did. Thanks but no thanks Pohanka! I won't be back!

I had been a loyal customer of Leckner Nissan for five years, but when ownership switched to Rocking Nissan, I became so frustrated with the service that I sought services from Pohanka. The fair pricing and efficient service was a huge relief to me when I was very stressed about car repairs. I came back a week later after my initial visit for an unsual sound (unrelated to the repair that was just made) and the service team welcomed me and triaged my complaint to get me quick and efficient service. Word of advice to anyone coming to get their car serviced here - don't go on a Monday, especially if you have a few things you need worked on. Unfortunately, you can't call and make an appointment like some dealerships and expect your car to get handled at that time - it's all drive ins. I came in last Monday and got two fluids flushed, an oil change, and my car inspected. I also asked to have my belt replaced but they forgot about it till the end when I asked if they replaced it. The service advisor, Nick, was very nice and helpful; however, I spent 4 hours waiting for my car to get done, which is ridiculous. I got there close to 4pm and left just before 8pm. He thought they would've been done in an hour and a half but they didn't. I would've come a different day or had less work done and come another day for the rest had I known. On top of it, I messaged Nissan's service department last Tuesday, 7/30. Tristan replied to my message. I told him I had a nail in one of my back tires (I bought my tires from Nissan months back) and I wanted to see if it was possible for Nissan to fix that the next day since I was considering bringing my car in for the belt replacement, too. He said he was going to forward my request to service department to see if it was possible (I guess I wasn't messaging the service department even though I selected the option to talk to someone from there in the message?). He asked for my phone # and email address, which I provided. As of today, 8/1, I have not heard back from anyone at Pohanka. I ended up taking my car elsewhere. Definitely not a good service experience this time around.

It's 1-18-2025, I purchased a 2021 nissan Murano in 2021, had service done there always. Today I go at 6 am to get my oil changed. I gave them a $20 coupon off for oil change and tire rotation. We'll I purchased new tires on Thursday and front end alignment, so i told the service guy miguel, i don't need my tires rotation, just oil change. Went to pay using cash, he told me the cost was $88.83? I question this, because I've had all my oil changes there and use coupon when I had them. I called before going to specifically asked how much an oil change was. I was told $89.99 , apparently whomever the gentleman i spoke with Friday at 11 wasn't correct. I was told today it's $95.87 so I ask where the discount of my $20 coupon was, he said because I didn't get tires rotation, he only took $10 off. Leaving me a balance of $88.83. You know I have had great service almost every visit. They had no change for my $100 so I had to go get change to bring back. I'm a single 63 year old woman and on a budget. So yes saving tires rotation helps the service guys not to have nothing but oil change. I wasn't happy with this visit. I was anticipating $89.99 for my oil change, and -$20 dollar reduction from coupon= Leaving a total $70 and change. The last oil change the mechanics did not put the bolts/clamps on my pan underneath and I drove an hour away to notice something was making a noise, i looked to see the pan wasn't holding up, it was dragging all the way back. I was pissed to say the least. These people know i will write a review and today I decided to. I absolutely love Roman who has moved to the nissan hyundai. The service manager she has always been helpful.

Deceptive by Design!!! I made an APPOINTMENT on their website for service. When I arrived, I was told there would be a 2.5 hour wait before they could even start on my car. I reiterated that I made an appointment, and they stated that it doesn't matter. All service is first come, first served. This makes it obvious that the appointment calendar ONLY exists so that people THINK they will be serviced at a specific time. The ONLY purpose of this calendar is to DECEIVE people. Such overtly deceptive practices should be illegal, and Pohanka should be ashamed of themselves.
