Good and honest people. Great customer service, came in for an alignment and they didn’t try hard to upsell me on anything and gave me all my options. Went to a few places that wouldn’t do an alignment on my car because it was low but Nline was able to do it since they had boards.

Ill give them 5 stars for the sheer volume of traffic they have to handle so diligently! The work was quick and they did a great job! Dont show up thinking it will be quick quick, as they had full bays at 8am with work from the previous day and parking is extremely limited. Friendly and knowledgable staff, if i had the ability to drop my car off for wheel and suspension work, i would not hesitate to come back!

For anyone who has lowered their car this review will be short and sweet for you: I had called many other places and they quoted me a TON of money and after asking around the VW community I was told to check these guys out. I got my car lowered down the street and they had nothing but great things to say about the company. I got there early in the morning and they were able to get me in relatively quick. They did great work and I was checked in with a few different times for updates. $89 wasn't bad, and even if they had to charge me in addition to that I would have been ok with it. If you're wondering where to get your car aligned at look no further and just go in! 11/10 would recommend!

Great experience for 1st time customers. Kevin Simmons(Service Manager) gave us an estimate before starting work. Nothin more or nothing less was done. The employees there are great as well. They greeted us as we came in and left. To me what I really liked was that while Kevin was busy with another customer an employee name Jose took the time out to greet us & ask if we had been helped yet. He could have ignored us , but he acknowledged us instead and he let Kevin know we were there to pick up our Envoy. He said Kevin will be right with you as soon as he is done with the his current customer. Just acknowledging someone there says a lot about a business. Also them having a very clean waiting area as dirty as mechanic work can be was nice to sit in. The AMERICAN FLAG IN THE OFFICE CAUGHT MY ATTENTION. To my surprise they gave me a discount for serving my Country and that meant a lot to me especially with these hard times. Thanks again for all your help and Courtesy.

I have a 11 year old Benz with 220k. I don’t trust it to just anyone. Long story short-Discount Tire couldn’t get my wheel off so they sent me to NLine. John or maybe it was Joe treated me first class for less than the dealer so I got my Schedule A maintenance done as well. The hardest part is dealing with the traffic on Ella.

Taking your bus/ home on wheels to a mechanic of any kind when you’re away from home is always nerve wracking! These guys were the absolute best. They took amazing care of our bus, got us in and out quickly, charged a very fair price and suggested one other item to be repaired in the future. They were busy all morning, which only shows how’s much they are trusted by the community. I would recommend them to anyone needing an alignment, just get there early!

This place is affordable for an alignment but I don't know how good it is. I have gotten alignments elsewhere and they usually give you a printout showing the alignment results, but I didn't receive this here. It felt like it was driving a little straighter afterwards, but not like when I had gotten the alignment elsewhere. Maybe I came on an off day, they were pretty busy. Not very friendly, but pretty straightforward service.

Great customer service for the most part. I had a dodge challenger, and needed new brakes, after 9 visits over the span of 6 months I finally got the new brakes but they are so darn squeaky. They looked at it to see what was wrong... Couldn't find the issue and couldn't fix it... So i paid for new brakes and waited 6 months, just for them to be squeaky. 😢
