To say he went above and beyond in supporting my family and I when our car died just feet from the highway, far from home, would be an understatement. Horrible tow service, told me it will take 60-90 mins to reach me while I’m only 20 min away, just for 3 hrs to pass and still haven’t showed up yet, not answering the phone, basically a no call no show, I would respect if they had enough integrity to be truthful so I have the option to cancel and allow AAA to dispatch someone else hours ago instead of wasting my time. Do not use them for towing unless you like disappointments!!!!

I can’t say enough great things about this shop. My Jeep broke down on Saturday. They quickly got me in and figured out my clutch and pressure plate went out. This is the only mechanic shop that I have ever heard of being open on a Sunday. They quickly started working on my Jeep and had it completely done by Monday. I was stranded far from home and alone, on my way for a travel job that was going to start on Saturday. They made sure I made it to CT on Monday and was able to start my job on time on Tuesday. Not only that but they gave me a recommendation for a hotel that would have me safe. Then I forgot to leave my spare key and they sent a mechanic to come to me at the hotel and pick it up, instead of making me uber back to them. Hopefully, nothing likes this happens again but if I break down in their area again, they’ll be my first call!

I heard a loud noise from under my car when driving on the highway on a rainy Sunday afternoon hours from home. I brought the car here since it was AAA rated. They drove with me, identified the problem (broken shock absorber mount), ordered the parts and had it fixed the next day. It's been almost a year now and the car continues to work perfectly. I am so grateful to the staff at Nor-Bay for their kindness and knowledge and fair pricing. I highly recommend them.
