Came in for scheduled maintenance. Car says, oil maintenance. I was told oil is every 10k miles. Then why is car saying different? I guess I just got an inspection and tire rotation. But, once I got home; I check tire pressures, and they were at 29-30psi. My understanding is that tires should be close to 35psi. That's what they were at when I bought the car. Overall I think my service was just a waste of time.

Russell the assistant service advisor manager was very rude and when asked for an update after a few hours said he had none. I asked another service advisor and explained that I thought Russell was rude and I was unclear what was going on with my car after almost 3 hours,, she immediately passed me back to Russell as soon as she saw him without taking care of any of my concerns. When I finally got an update I specifically asked for a printed estimate for the repairs, they said they would provide one and I never received one. Overall, when asking any associate I interacted with specific questions or voicing, any concerns, I felt very dismissed and like I was a nuisance so I will not be returning to do any business with them. Honestly, I’m only posting this review because they bugged me multiple times to review them so they’re digging their own grave with their customer service.

Came in for my first maintenance check and a recall repair. The meet and greet when dropping off my car was great. Customer service was friendly and turn around time was reasonable based on repairs and part's. Picking up the car was also quick and simple. My only complaint is no communication in between. No text or call when my vehicle was completed. No updates. If it wasn’t for me checking in I’m not sure when they would have notified me that the job was complete and the truck was ready for pickup.

Took about 15 minutes for my car to get in line to have 6 month service done. Had an appointment. New 2025 car and needed tires rotated and everything checked. Didn't need oil change since car only had 2000 miles. Angel the service guy was VERY nice and helpful. Answered all my questions. Cashier got me an Uber to get home. Very pleased with the service today. Took about 2 hours to complete. Was totally free since it was a 6 month check up.

This was my first time getting service from this dealership and it was great. It took about 45 minutes less time than expected, always nice. Service Rep was great and though I was ten minutes late getting there understood LA traffic is what it is. The ladies at the cashier were super friendly and funny. The only reason I didn't leave 5 stars was I contacted their customer service last week to confirm my appointment, ask how long it would take, and see about a shuttle. She could not answer any of these questions oddly, and I contacted her 5 days in a row, even though I scheduled this almost 3 months ago. Kind of odd. Luckily the service departments email answered All of my questions that she could not.

A week ago I took my car in for its 5k oil change which I paid for in advance. 5 services for $500 dollars (its not cheap)a year and a half ago. When it was time for my last use the representative Jack K. tried to tell me that my prepaid service was expired? And I laughed. I said what? Oh no wow, and they he saw my expression of dissapproval and quickly made it possible to use it. He then proceeded to upsell me on a change of 40k radiator fluid, which I declined because he said it was $250. I just have to say that was something else I did not expect to experience there at the NOHO Dealership. Hope this helps anyone in the future!

Great job today, Anna was my service rep, very sweet and accommodating. Came in for my basic oil change service. They topped off my fluids and rotated my tires. I had a shimmy in my steering wheel which seems to have been fixed, so I’m happy about that. They didn’t wash my car, so I give it a 4 star. Thank you

$525 for an oil change and alignment is criminal. $300 for labor when it was finished in less than 2 hours is diabolical. Like…at least wash my car and fill up the gas before you put me upside down and violently shake all of my coins out. Also the guy at the service department was so aggressive. He was nice…but in an agressive way. It was jarring honestly. If I never came back to this place it would be too soon. Also, how are you going to write on the paperwork that pick up time is approximately 5pm (when it closes at 5pm btw), then call me at 11am to say it’s ready? Lol

Mixed priorities and disrespectful of customer time. I get it. The almighty dollar rules here but pennies add up to a dollar. Scheduled over a week and a half for an oil change at 9:40. Got in line at 9:15. Closer to 10 and advisor finally checks me in and promises 90 minutes to 2 hours. After waiting 3 hours there was no update, but what I did get from them was an unsolicited low ball offer to buy my car. The WiFi kept kicking me off and I noticed other customers before and after me come and go. This was infuriating. I walked up to the advisor to check status. The car was still in queue. I told the advisor that I was waiting over 3 hours. The advisor was in no rush to help me and continued to enjoy his lunch, and his eventual response was "yes, oh well." They would not be able to service until hour 4. Just to recap I was promised 90-120 minutes. Unfortunately I had to pull my car from queue to go to a doctor's appointment which cost me $50 as a late fee. If they had done this right, they would have a customer that would have purchased a car from them next year that probably retails in the $60k range. Their loss.

Paul has been my go-to service manager for a couple of years, and he and his team take excellent care of my vehicle every time I bring it in. They’re straightforward about what services are most critical, how you can save money, and the best ways to take care of your vehicle at home so that maintenance trips are painless. The dealership is also incredibly well-maintained and a great place to stay if you need to wait for your vehicle on-site. The Collision Center is excellent and easy to work with as well.
