Bad experience. I wont go there anymore. I dont believe what they say. They told me they replaced with new part and charged me full price and it end up that that part never been fixed.

got my suspension serviced here. At least that's what i thought, jokes on me i guess. after picking up my car and paying good money once i got home i looked under my car and something seemed fishy, i went to another auto shop closer to home. the dude lifted the car up in front of me took the invoice from o and e and started shaking his head. he showed me how i was charged for all these different things but in reality only 1 part had been replaced and the rest just wiped down. these guys at o and e are a joke. don't even waste your time with this place.

This is the place to go if you want to get screwed over. I was way over charged for an engine replacement, and they didn't even fix it correctly. Richard is very rude, unprofessional, and he lies. I asked him to give me a copy of my receipt, and he told me he'd do it within the week. After a week and 2 days, I called again and Sam (a nice guy) told me to call back at another time. So I did. And he still wasn't there. On the third try (2 weeks later), I finally got a hold of Richard, who yelled at me for calling so many times, threatened me, and hung up on me. I tried calling back right after, and he kept hanging up on me, so I didn't get through. My friend who first recommended this place to me later told me (before this incident) that he was disappointed because they lied to him and screwed him over AFTER he referred a lot of his friends to them. He told me that he's no longer going to refer anyone to them, and I will do the same. Nobody should EVER be treated with such disrespect, especially when I rationally and logical spoke to him without raising my voice. I had to deal with his verbal abuse just to get a copy of a receipt, which makes me think that they are doing shady business.

The owner, Richard, is the most honest mechanic I have ever met. Being a woman I don't always trust mechanics because I have no idea what they're talking about when it comes to cars. Richard is always honest and always gives me the best deals. I have been going to him for over 15 years now and I've sent him many clients if you're a woman this is the mechanic you want

After reading quite a few excellent reviews, I decided to take my 2011 Cadillac SRX in to have my Check Engine light diagnosed. They quickly discovered what the issue was and clearly explained what was in need of repair, how much it would cost and how quickly the car would be repaired. At every step, I was give the status of the repair process and they quickly and very affordably repaired the malfunction and had me on my way. This was the best experience I've had with an independent mechanic and they have won my business from here on out.

I had a lot of engine trouble and needed my valves replaced. Not only did Richard work to give me the best deal, he was incredibly accommodating. He worked with my crazy schedule and kept my car multiple days free of charge after the fix and while trying to figure out my next move before repair. Great guy and great service from my experience.

This is my 3rd time using OE Auto. Richard and Eric really helped me out. Had a different issue with my car (Toyota hybrid) I’ve never had before this past weekend and Richard really helped me understand what was going on. Also, broke down the cost, labor and gave me a great deal. I paid with cash and they gave me another discount. I am a rider share driver part time so my car gets a lot of wear and tare. So, they got it up and running way quicker than I expected. Another 10/10 experience.

MY CAR CAUGHT ON FIRE after I took it here to get my brake pads fixed. DO NOT GO HERE! Richard told me that I just needed new brake pads. I paid him $400, and the next day, as I'm getting off the highway, I come to a stop and people are pulling over to tell me my car is on fire. I get out to see my back driver side brake pad on fire. Luckily, I had water in my car to put it out. When I returned to Richard to figure out why it happened, he didn't have an answer. I will never go back here again, and I don't recommend this place to anyone.
