1 stop auto and the owner Jas are Great!! I bought a Rav4 last October and it has been a Great vehicle! Jas is a honest man of great character. How often do you find that when looking for a used car? I have sent friends to him who also find the same thing. For me, working with an honest person like Jas is top priority. I know what I'm buying Before I drive away. He also stands behind his sales so if there were a problem he will fix it. This is the place to go for a used car!

I am overly impressed by the work, honesty, integrity, and efficiency of the staff at 1 Stop Auto Care, Inc.! My car broke down at the Holiday station across the street and just ran over to 1 Stop Auto Care, Inc. to see if anyone could help me. Jas (the owner) and his team (particularly Carl) were EXTREMELY helpful! They helped transport my car to their shop and Jas even made sure that he checked out other things on my car before transporting it to the shop, in order to make sure nothing else would get ruined and become an additional expense for me. They were so quick to help and extremely friendly. Jas was also helpful in letting me know additional ways I could save costs on repairs and the cost on my repair was very reasonable. As a female, I have ALWAYS been skeptical of auto repair shops and feel people try to scam me for all I am worth. I have never left an auto shop feeling like the staff treated me with the same respect they would give a man, until going to 1 Stop Auto Care, Inc. I will definitely be bringing all my repairs to 1 Stop Auto Care, Inc. as well as recommend it to others! They deserve my business. And I am extremely excited I have finally found a quality repair shop in the cities after many years of searching.

I would like to recommend 1 Stop Auto for honest and personalized service. I own an older car that has a new problem regularly. I have a difficult time trusting many car service companies. At 1-Stop Auto, Jas, the owner, was not only involved in office duties but also working with his mechanics to assure a quality product. I bought a 2006 Toyota Corolla from Jas 3 years ago, and it has been absolutely phenomenal. Though there was damage to the roof before I bought it, Jas and his staff completely refurbished it. After three years, the only repairs I've needed were some minor body repairs, and I went straight to 1 stop for those because the service I received was incredible. Jas really cares about making his customers happy, and will do whatever he can to make sure that happens. You just don't see this kind of quality service anymore. I recommend for those looking for a vehicle or for those in need of a body repair to come to 1 stop!

I was looking to fix my bumper because someone hit me and ran off. I came across 1 stop auto care since it is conveniently located by where I live. I was hoping to get my bumper fixed for a decent price because my insurance company gave me WAY less than what was needed to fix my car (mind you they only estimated the price simply by observation and hadn't taken it apart to see the damages accurately). Jas, the owner, explained to me that I was being wronged by my insurance and walked me through the process of how the insurance company can pay the precise amount needed to fix it right. With his help, my car was able to get a re-inspection after 1 stop properly took the bumper apart to reveal all the damages. In the end I was able to get the money needed from the insurance and fix it properly. 1 stop did a wonderful job repairing my bumper and went above and beyond that by touching up some paint chips I had by the tires, fully vacuuming the inside, and polishing the outside of my car too. When I went to go pick it up it was like seeing my car new all over!!! I highly recommend Jas and his shop because they do an outstanding job of helping customers honestly, and believe me you can't find auto shops with that mentality nowadays.

Jas never will admit to anything he did wrong and attacks those that post about his service, I bought a Honda Accord from Jas and a few weeks after I brought the car, told him the window was having problems going up and down and the car seemed to hesitate when i put it into gear, His mechanic told me to put some baby oil on the window and raise and lower it (which only made the window oily) and Jas told me that I wasn't use to driving this type of car regarding the drive not engaging right away. A month later I paid him over 2500.00 for a rebuilt transmission and a few days ago my window got stuck in the down position I called him several times and he wouldn't return my calls, I won't go into a VW Van I had his shop work on at this time. After reading Jas's response, Yes someone backed into my front end drivers side and Progressive sent me to there mechanic, It had absolutely nothing to do with the problems with the window I told you about after purchase or the transmission I had to replace with in a few months of purchase from him. Nice try We both know your game, You never accept responsibility and always shift the blame to someone else.

Well I had an accident, and decided my car needs some body repair, I went online and searched for local auto body repairs. While looking at the Google page that shows names, and reviews of auto repair shops, I saw that 1Stop car care is one of the top rated shops, and I decided to go to the shop in the morning even if the one very close to me is open. by the reviews I saw, I expected that the owner would be courteous and respectful, but the reverse was true. No Respect. The customer service I received from the owner is literally terrible. He claimed that the car is old, and cheap, and he can't take responsibility of fixing it. and the worst part is that him saying that he would charge me $100.00, just for estimate, while my nearest shop did it for free. I call this shop a discriminative shop, Keep it up. so disappointed

I can't say enough about this car spa - I call it that because they do everything. There isn't a job too small, or large. They take the fear out of not knowing. I am so thankful I found this place. It is so rare to find a mechanic you trust fully. Jas and his team are so dedicated to every person that walks through their door. He always gets the job done, has great recommendations and has incredible knowledge of what products are out there and what would be best in my situation. I would give this shop 7 stars if I could. A-1, top notch automotive repair shop. Quality work is done here AND it's even backed with a warranty that is among the best in the industry!!! Jas cares about his customers and is extremely knowledgeable. I know when I leave my vehicle here it is being serviced by technicians that know what they're doing and will ensure I'm back on the road safely. I've been coming here for a number of years and I wouldn't bring my vehicle anywhere else.

The owner of this shop helped me tremendously. I was out of town and gave me an honest opinion about my car. Basically he could have charged me a bunch of money and did not. I was from out of town and repairs would have also caused me to need lodging in addition to the repairs. He told me I would make it home which I did. This type of honesty was much appreciated and is not always the norm at other shops. While my car was on the lift he did me a favor and rotated the tires. A million thanks. I highly recommend this shop!

The owner is incredibly kind! I was traveling from Washington and had an issue. I stopped by to ask a question with no appointment and he not only answered but he took a look at my car.
