DO NOT..I REPEAT DO NOT COME HERE FOR TIRES. The guys working here are amateurs they have no clue what they’re doing on top of being overcharged they didn’t even mount my tires correctly they missed steps on the way and I spent over an hour waiting for poor quality service. The owner of the shop is more knowledgeable but his staff is terrible.

I wish I could give them no stare rating. I went here for an oil pressure sensor change. Fist of all they charged me way too much. They are with way too much attitude and rude, especially the owner. Worst place I have ever been for a car service. Would not recommend.

This place will sale you bad tires with a 10 day warranty and then when tire gives out right after the 10days they don't want to replace when they sold you the bad tire. Please stay away not good and customer service is the worst. AND THEY GET NEGATIVE FIVE STARS from me.

Went to this place to get a tire. Guy says I would be next. Supposed to be first come first serve. Waited 15 minutes and another car rolls in. Obviously a buddy of theirs. Flashed some cash and stuff. I didn't pay too much attention. Half hour later garage door opens and he waves his buddy in. I told him I was next and I had been there for 45 minutes. Guy didn't care. Got out of the place and went to a place where they know how to treat their customers. So unless you know the guy or like to pay your way ahead. Stay away from these losers.

Went there for 2 front tires & wheel alignment. After I left a light for stabilitrac came on my car, took car back, next day, owner got the light off only for it to come right back on 4 blocks away, went right back, & he referred me to the dealership. ( I’m not paying for that!!) Driver side Tire keep getting low tire light on my car & putting air in it every 2-3 days. After about 2 weeks of getting it. Should’ve never went there. Owners seemed very nice, but he did something wrong & doesn’t own up to his mistake. I will never go back to this establishment.

I had my muffler welded there and got an oil change. I didn't have to wait long and he gave me a reasonable price. I had 3 others folks who went there and they were satisfied. They sell use tires, they changed oil and other mechanic work.

I do not recommend this place at all. Everyone is rude and unqualified. I dropped my car off 3 times to get the air conditioning installed and each time was a failure. Each time they lied and said they had a solution. Each time they TRIED to charge me. Definitely the worst mechanic I’ve ever been to. It’s almost like they break stuff on purpose so you can come back and spend more money. Also, the employees are usually under the influence so yeah just don’t waste your time.

Would do zero stars if possible. Charge me 260 for rotation and balancing. They did the job but Walmart charges 15 a wheel. Pricing is not honest or competitive. Definitely shop around

I called to find out if they balanced and mounted a tire and rim. The guy answered had me on speakerphone and sounded very far away (rude) and was hard to understand. They ultimately couldn't do the work I requested and abruptly hung up on me. I read the reviews, especially the negative ones and I wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt but they kinda confirmed it with this call. I also stopped by their shop on Friday when their shop was open and was approached by a guy who came from inside a garage stall, closing it up and getting ready to leave (during the stated open business hours). He told me they were closed and would open in about 20 minutes. So you can tell me to come back while you're supposed to be open but you can't take a few minutes to answer some questions.. not getting my business!

Went to these guys to change my brake disc pads and they almost cost me my life. The idiots fit my car back up without putting the bolt back in one of my calipers. Had to go pay a more reputable shop to repair their mess after almost having an accident and my caliper was falling off the disc pad and rotor. Smh. I wouldn't recommend these guys to anyone and they can't get my hard earned money again.

Northside auto really saved my life today. I had a disagreement with them in the past and in my emotion left a not so savory review. As they say time heals all. So here I am today and I'm in the worst bind ever I thought to myself let me give this one more shot. Today's service was most exceptional and I highly recommend this for anyone needing a quick fix. I'd come back again. And I'm grateful they were able to work with me again despite the past. I'm humbled.

I had to give one star to say close this dump down I have 2 cars between me and my gf she got brakes and 2 weeks later needed new brakes I got an alignment 2 months ago and my tires are bald rude no receipt to prove you was ever there if I was in my younger days I would have smacked yall up playing with my money like that. Drive by this place it’s always been janky I smacked that last guy that had that same shop in 2012

I went here for an alignment and driver side tire. Was told I needed outer tie rod so that was additional. I payed entire bill then day 4 noticed the tire they threw on my truck was way too wide which cause something on frame of wheel to burst because the tire was too wide. Returned for hopeful repair and different size tire but damage was already done. Shop only swapped out the tire willingly and admitted tire was too heavy for frame but denies that damage could've happened. So I'm back to square one with driver wheel shaking and bumbling while making squeal sounds. Same exact issue before I took to shop.
