I love this shop.. I love Jess (The Owner) as well..I've been going to her for a few yrs & my uncle's been going muchhhh longer than that..They're FAST..EFFICIENT & Very COST EFFECTIVE at Bay Street Auto. She & her staff make any car issues you have seem like the easiest fix..Having a shop that takes on lessening the mental burden that we all feel when any of those darn dash lights come on or car issues big/small & when regular vehicle maintenance comes up is a PLUS. They can do your fixes & oil changes. However they don't offer vehicle inspections. Next time your car has an issue & you want GREAT SERVICE TAKE MY WORD & GIVE THEM A CALL. I CAN ALMOST BET THAT THEY'LL BECOME YOUR SHOP OF CHOICE GOING FORWARD😁😁😁

Very bad experience dealing with the lady Jessica, felt like she was overwhelmed with the job which in turn she became disrespectful. This was my second time dealing with her & must admit work was good, which is why I came back. Buy after my encounter with her the second time I will never deal with her again. She purposely damaged my car more than it was, she's bad for business!!!

Had a rather unwelcoming experience. Did not end up getting my car repaired here ultimately because the lady I encountered at the desk when I went in didn't seem interested in booking the work at all. She acted in a bit of a discouraging manner, and I felt she was overwhelmed.

This place is great. I went there to get my brakes worked on and I got an estimate that was considerably lower than one I had gotten from another garage. The work was done in a very reasonable amount of time as well. Kudos to the owner and her staff for being so knowledgeable and yet very friendly. I will definitely be going back there. P.S. If you're a dog lover you will enjoy the resident Golden Doodle!
