My sister referred me here to get new brakes and rotors. I had a feeling I would need new rotors because they were grinding, but was hoping that wasn’t the outcome. They quoted me, did the inspection, confirmed with the inspection that I may need a new caliper, quoted me again, then I gave them the ok to go thru with the process. Thankfully they saved my caliper which saved me a couple hundred! I left my van there for the day, and they were done quicker than I expected. Very professional, straight to the point and great to work with!

FAST, NO SURPRISES, and EXACTLY as quoted: The four-wheel alignment on my BMW is perfect— the staff were all very helpful and professional. Mike, the service manager, was very knowledgeable and offered insights that were spot on. I have never had a more seamless and trouble-free Service Garage experience, and highly recommend this establishment, unreservedly! I will be returning. Been taking my jeep to North Wells for the past 5 years and once again another great service. Had an oil change and to get a diagnosis and estimate with my driver side window. Mike was great with the info on what was wrong with the electrical and the cost. Had my window working and oil change done in a few hours. Cost was very reasonable. North Wells will always be where I take my jeep and any other vehicle for service!

North Wells Service provides only the best personalized and diagnostic repair service. Recently took my 2008 Cadillac DTS to them to diagnose problems and repair. They replaced valve cover gaskets, replaced rt front wheel hub, flushed transmission and replaced screen, and repaired s small evaporative emissions leak. I highly recommend North Wells Service for your automotive repairs and service.
