I would rate this experience 0 stars if I could. I asked the man outside for help with putting air in my tire and checking if the tire would need to be patched. He told me to ask the people in the office. The guy that was in there refused to help, saying, “You can do it yourself at a gas station.” I even offered to pay for the service, but he still declined to help. This level of customer service is highly disappointing.

Used his service once. My car broke down and he took it to his shop on a tow truck. Said I didn’t know what was wrong with the car. He found the problem and disconnected whatever part he replaced. Asked to buy the car off me at a low price. I refused said 300$ was too low the car had a title and everything as well I saw he turned the car on. He said with a title I’ll give around 900. I told him the title was in the glove box. I was 100% sure it’s there cause before he towed it I placed it in there. Come to find out my title was missing and tried giving me the excuse just sell it for 300$. Did not budge let him keep the title and had someone else pick up my car. Dishonest place WATCH YOUR BELONGINGS IN YOUR CAR IF YOU USE THIS COMPANY

They picked my son‘s car from accident and they say they will get it fixed and they claim insurance with all our permission and because we say no to the insurance they increase the price. Ridiculous. I will definitely not recommend this place.

I have a 2012 250C Mercedes and I was in need of a timing chain. So I started doing some research on mechanic shops, and a friend of a friend said that Northwest Car Care was one of the best, So I reached out to Alex, he was so professional and kept me in loop with what was going on with my car. Repair cost was very reasonable. He fixed my car it runs great!!! I will continue to take my vehicles to Alex. Thank you Alex keep up the good work!! DEFINITLEY 5 STARS!!!!

**edit update** Sounds like they had a bad employee, and he is gone now. The owner apologized to us deeply. Still taking a while to get the car back but he is now texting updates every few days so we can see the work being done. I am all for letting people fix bad situations and Alex did that here. He is a good guy. They have had my car over 5 weeks, with no updates but keep sending charges to my insurance. I have emailed them, and I have called 6 times now and some rude man answers the phone "WHAT!?!" Then yells at you on the phone to "talk to Alex" I just want my car back, this is ridiculous. I feel like they stole my car.

Lleve mi carro a alineación dijieron qué no podían hacerlo porque mi carro estaba sin una pieza en una llanta, que ellos casualmente podían repararla y después alinear, decidí llevarme mi carro a mi mecánico y apenas llegué porque aflojaron una pieza de la llanta, casi tengo un accidente cuando manejaba ya qué el carro estaba inestable, yo no lo llevé así con ellos. Por fortuna mi mecánico encontró la pieza que rompieron y obviamente no voy a recomendar un negocio qué para tener más trabajo son capaces de arriesgar tu vida.
