Avoid. Scratched wheels. Suggested a pregnant woman drive on a spare rated for 50 miles after stated that the max had already been driven on that wheel. Wiped the wheel with a wet paper towel. Claimed their were no scratches and that i am responsible for all the scratches shown in the picture even though the wheel was temoved 1 time and delivered to their shop. Later admitted to the scratches and offered the tire to be sent to a different city to be "refinished". There should be NOTHING to refinish. First pictures are scratches on EVERY spoke. Other set of pictures is of their balance machine which uses a "rubber" clamp.. apparently it's never cleaned because the clamp ALSO scratched every spoke. Manager Devon said to "go ahead and call and complain you will only get me anyways. " don't waste your time here. They tried to fix it by me having to also send 1 wheel back in for what i would assume 3 to 4 days to fix.

GF brought in her 19 XT5 first they upcharge her stating “it requires a special oil filter” no, it does not. Also it was “more oil than they thought”. Then while they sold her on some nonsense they can’t even get the mileage right. Stating mileage in was 15472 when in fact it is 68428. I tried to call to get to the bottom of this and they can’t be bothered to answer the phone. Absolutely bottom tier service and extreme lack of attention to detail.UPDATE! It just get worse, these guys can’t be bothered with a crush washer. Just slather blue RTV on the drain plug and call it good. Don’t forget to torque the filter to 300ft lbs as well. Guy on the phone had enough nerve to blame Walmart for RTV. This vehicle has NEVER been to wal mart. So do a poor then call the customer stupid. Good job morons.

On November 13 I had a tire blow out on route 77 at rush hour. AAA let me know your store was nearby and would be open until 8:30pm. I contacted the store and was told the needed tire was in stock. When the tow truck delivered my vehicle to your store, the Manager Garth told me the different options I had with estimates. I chose the option that met my needs and your Tech Sean pulled my car in right away and installed my new tire. Sean noticed on inspection I was also missing a lug nut on one of the other tires, which was taken care of. They made a very stressful situation easily and comfortably resolved. Came in for a wheel alignment today, and while it wasn't able to be completed at this time, it was for good reason. Scott walked me through the suspension bushings and required suspension maintenance for him to properly align the vehicle. Straightforward and honest guy, highly respect him and his staff. He was able to work up a fair quote for the parts and labor, but I've decided to part ways with the vehicle after this winter instead.

Had to have my car towed here as they were one of the only places open on sundays, Initially it was for a tire blow out, but they found more damage underneath and were able to walk me through the damage and actually show it to me, and explain the pricing and what the next steps were. I felt really comfortable the whole time and felt like i was treated with respect, even though I don't know alot about cars. They helped me transfer everything out of the car to my rides car, so i didn't struggle. Even let me stay a few after closing hours to allow my ride to get there so i didn't have to wait outside as im not familiar with the area. The manager and everybody, especially Scott were very kind and we need more people who are honest like them out here!!
