They left the door of my car open while parked outside on Cleveland Avenue (not a good idea on Cleveland) so the battery was dead when I came to pick it up. I wouldn't take your car here. Find someone else.

i wish i could give negative stars, took my vehicle there to have some preventive maintenance done, mind you i have never had a problem with this vehicle ever since i got it back i have had nothing but problems. Stay away these guys are hacks!!!!!

I went in for an alternator but said I needed a battery. The battery is going to eventually give out because of a bad alternator. It did, two days later when I knew it needed done. Never called me back after two messages. Very unprofessional

Had an electronic device installed in my brand new vehicle. It only had 1000 miles so it still had the new car smell (you know that wonderful smell) the guy who did the install smoked it my car so when I picked it up it stunck so bad. I lost that smell. He had no right to do that!!!

Art is one of the few small business owners who are honest and dependable. He listens to your concerns about your car and works with you to remedy the situation. As a woman, I was impressed that he took me seriously and treated me with respect.... many automobile repair shops do not! He and Michelle are gems in the auto service industry. I have been going to Art's for a few years now. This place is amazing! Art and Michelle are very honest, extremely reasonable, and easy to work with. I will not take my car to a dealership again. I really appreciate the work Art and Neil did on my car. I dropped my car off in the morning and it was done by the afternoon. I was most impressed that Art got back to me immediately when I first started experiencing issues with my car. I work midnight's so I communicate through email.
