Jason is amazing! He fit me right in, even though I didn’t have an appointment. Crazy funny and nice guy! I have one of the plans where they rotate and balance my tires as often as I want. I love that. A 3 year plan cost the same as 1 tire rotation at my dealership. The wait time here is short, comfy chairs, walkable shops and restaurants in the same parking lot. Was quoted $390 for an oil pressure sensor replacement. $250 of that was JUST LABOR cost for a service they said would take no more than an hour and a half. Wow. That price seemed crazy considering the part was showing to be less than $100 online and the labor was not intensive. I took my vehicle to another reputable shop and got the exact same work done for $240 total. NTB should be ashamed at the price gouging. I’ve also had work done totaling over $800 here. They had my car for almost a week with little to no follow up. I was patient and yes they fixed it but now I feel like they played with that too. Now I won’t be back because I can’t trust their giving me fair and reasonable quotes for the work they do. Again, do better.

October 27, 2025 I found myself 50 miles from home with a flat tire. Pierre, Assistant Manager at NTB/Mavis was honestm, concerned, polite, kind, generous and informative. In speaking with my trusted mechanic back home, he confirmed that Pierre was giving me good information. In the end I decided to put my spare on and return to my familiar mechanics for new tires. Pierre didn't charge to put the spare on and in my interaction with him, completely erased a negative experience I had had previously with the NTB/Mavis business elsewhere. Thank you, Pierre! November 3, 2025 - I showed to the this about 15 min before closing and asked if they if they had time, could they look at my right front tire which was loosing about 4 pounds of pressure per day because my spouse was about to leave town and I didn’t want my wife to have to worry about her tire going flat while away. They took the car back right away and checked it out. In no time they had it fix. Found it leaking from the valve stem. The service was fast and efficient and completed in about 15-20 minutes.

Extremely positive experience! I booked online and didn’t have to wait when I arrived. The facility is clean and convenient, and I was able to wait in comfortable seating with inoffensive television programming. My tire had a slow leak, which the technician showed me was caused by a drill bit lodged in the tire. They removed the drill bit, patched the tire, and sent me on my way in 30 minutes. Great service and extremely fair pricing. I will 100% go back, and so should you!!

Best customer service I've had in years!!! Very professional , very helpful and they're amazing. To the 2 gentleman that mounted the 2 thin tires to my front drag wheels, you guys are amazing! I went to 3 other tire places and they couldn't or just didn't want to work on these wheels because they were 15x4 that wheels were too thin ...
