I can't say enough good things about this place. My husband and I needed emergency brake service while passing through Winston Salem on our way to Atlanta. We tried a few other shops before finding West End Auto Clinic - the other shops told us we would have to drop the car off and wait for 2-3 days. Ralph Ricciardi, the owner of West End, told us he would help us. He had our car fixed in 2 hours. He also dropped us off at a nearby restaurant so we could have lunch while we waited. I would give this place more stars if I could. Excellent repair shop and top notch customer service.

I can’t say enough good things about West End Auto. They treat their customers like family and are always professional, friendly, and honest. I work at the hospital and have used them for state inspections, oil changes and tire rotations, they’re the most affordable in town by far! Ralph the owner remembers his regulars and takes care of them. I recently heard a rattling noise on the right side of my F-150. I dropped it off at the shop the same day. They thoroughly inspected it and replaced the loose bolt free of cost. Thank you for the excellent service!!!! You can fully trust these folks to take care of you. Emily

It is easy to give 5 stars when everything goes right. What makes companies different is how they react when something goes wrong. I had never taken my car here before and of course I am nervous. Dropped my car off the previous night by noon they told me it was just the battery and had it done 3 hours later after I asked for a tire rotation and oil change as well. Next morning my remote car starter did not work. Dropped it off before they opened. Called right after they opened. And fixed by 3 pm, no charge. There is always constructive feedback on all my reviews although 5 stars they did not mention my oil plug needed to be replaced. They did replace it for a very small charge. They did offer to take care of it but I did not want it due to their honesty and quick turn around. All in all great work.

After experiencing car trouble on the way to Winston Salem from Raleigh, I stopped into West End without any notice. Someone immediately stepped outside to help and take a look at my car. Within 10 minutes the issue was identified and they squeezed me in to fix it. The folks here are honest and gracious and really helped me out when I was in a bad situation. I just wish West End was located in Raleigh so I can return for all of my auto needs. Extremely grateful and happy with my experience!

Excellent service, great pricing, and superb communication! While in town with family as my grandmother was in hospice, we drove past West End Auto Clinic a few times. The first time I passed by I thought, “That’s a great looking shop.” As luck would have it and a couple days later, my grandmother’s ‘03 Mazda had its rear brakes run down to metal on metal. Having previously worked as an auto mechanic, I knew where I was taking her car. I didn’t mention my experience or situation to the crew at West End Auto Clinic, but they surpassed my expectations. Scheduling the repair was easy and flexible, pricing was extremely fair, and the communication was top notch. One of the calipers needed replacement beyond the initial diagnostic and I was pleasantly surprised to receive a friendly phone call with the news and a video outlining the condition. Thank you for the speedy repair and for making her car a reliable means of transportation for us as we dealt with our situation. I bought a used vehicle and the previous owners didn't change the timing belt when needed. I called this shop and they offered a better estimate than any other place I called. Ralph was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. He even offered me a spare vehicle at no charge due to the situation I was in. My vehicle was done in a day which was great. I had purchased new wipers recently and had them in the car to change. Ralph noticed them and changed them for me which was really nice. I plan on using West End Auto as my go-to shop going forward. Ralph and his entire team are fantastic and deserve the positive reviews you're seeing on here.
