I am very happy with the service I received at NTB. Jack and Mike were very kind and accomidating in the front of the shop. While David and Dustin were very helpful and thorough with my car. They explained everything about the necessary service plainly and took extra care with my vehicle. I was pleasantly surprised when they took me back and taught me things about my car so I could make fully informed decisions and take good care of it going forward. 20$ for state inspection 👍 40$ to install a light bulb (parts + labor). I was told a couple of hours with a vague indication of when my vehicle will be ready. I waited for an hour and a half. It didn't feel long but telling customers a couple hours will always leave them puzzled and nearly tempted to turn away. Waiting room was the saddest prison cell I've seen. Bathrooms gave me a stomach ache from just looking at them. Customer service wasn't that friendly either. The only reason I don't give any lower of a rating is because of a professional mechanic named Randy who was very earnest.

I had an awesome experience with NTB today. I dropped it off for inspection. I needed some minor work to pass, but I forgot to keep my phone on me while I was working. Jack remembered that I mentioned that I worked nearby. David took it it upon himself to walk over to where I work and talk to me in person. He said he wanted to catch me before the tech went home for the day. Of course I approved the work. Randy did a great job with the repairs. Everyone went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I was able to have my car pass inspection before the end of the day. Great job Jack, David and Randy!

I previously went here for new tires and an alignment with no complaints. I decided to return for an oil change but instead was told my brake fluid needed to be changed because it was yellow. Not knowing a thing about cars and having a good experience before, I told him to go ahead with the flush. He then informed me my 3rd brake light was out and I needed to go to the Honda dealership to have it fixed. Great, one more stop I have to make to have something fixed. Oh but it was my lucky day you see, he returned a short time later and informed me they can replace it after all. What a relief! That is until he told me it would cost $213 plus $47 labor. I thought that was a bit much for a brake light and declined to have them replace it. My 3rd brake light is not out, it works just fine but I would have paid that almost $300 and been none the wiser. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

I have gone to this location on and off for a few years and never have had any issues. They are not the closest or most convenient location to me, but I still tend to visit them most because of how pleased I am every time. I showed up twenty minutes early today and they started immediately on my car and I was surprised just how quickly they managed to put on new tires, do an alignment, and change my oil.
