Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience with them. After coming with several recommendations, and scheduling a date, I had everything lined up for a clean. We planned for a date a little over a week out. After reaching out to confirm and selecting the service I needed, I contacted them again 4 days later after not hearing back. I waited another 2 days, just making sure that we were still scheduled, and again, nothing. So, I waited another 2 days again, contacted them once more, but once again, nothing. Read receipts are on, yet I still have yet to hear anything back from them while hoping to schedule a clean. Very disappointed in this level of professionalism. Not only did they show up with a vehicle stocked with every tool, they stayed until every piece of dirt and hair were gone. The interior looks as good as the day I bought it. We definitely will be using Nunez Xtreme.

Jesse did an amazing job with my 2013 Honda Civic. I have two kids and two dogs. As you can imagine there was a lot of crumbs, dog hair and stains on my back seats. He was able to bring my car back to life and ready for me to sell. All at an affordable price and all done right in my driveway of my house. I am so thankful for the work he did and highly recommend him for any detailing jobs you need. I will definitely use him again if needed.

Jesse had his hands full detailing our car! We were on a 3 week vacation and traveled from Reno to North Carolina and many places along the way! And, other than that vacation we traveled from Vancouver WA to Reno and Reno to the Grand Canyon with our pitbull mix dog who basically shed all the time. Because of the playa dust storm, my truck came home slightly dustier than normal. Jesse wasn't intimidated by the clean up, (it wasn't bad, just normal playa). He arrived 30 minutes early for an interior and exterior detailing. It took about 4 hours, I have a large crew cab truck, so not a small job. Jesse was friendly, professional, and takes pride in his work.

I've hired Jesse (sorry if I misspelled your name) twice now- once for a car to sell and once for my family's newest car; quite frankly I'm surprised he was willing to detail my second car after he told me the first was one of his toughest cases. Both times he was able to accommodate me on short notice and did a fantastic job. He arrives early to our location, gets to business, and lets me know when he's finished. Most recently, it was a detail for my wife's birthday and she was beyond surprised and impressed.
