Phenomenal customer service! Came out to my car quickly and promptly to install the battery I purchased. Told me they would like to test my battery first to make sure I actually needed it since I bought it online for store pickup. Told me if the battery was good, they could just do a return. I knew the battery needed to be replaced but hearing they weren't after the sale as opposed to making sure I wasn't wasting money and taken care of won my business.

Wow, what a condescending staff. I bought 2 batteries. One died during warranty but I was accused of “neglecting my battery” because it wouldn’t hold a charge and they refused to replace. I explained that we bought 2 at the same time. How does one work and the other not? He just kept saying that I neglected it. The man was super rude and off putting. I would recommend buying from ANYWHERE else.

Absolutely terrible customer service. The person behind the counter was dismissive and condescending, acting as if they knew everything about batteries and refusing to listen. Any attempt at conversation was met with interruption and attitude. I would honestly recommend Walmart’s customer service over this place.

Short review: The company is great; but PLEASE, go to a different location. Long review: Wow... so, ive been using this company for almost 2 decades for my vehicle batteries (car, truck, motorcycle, race car, off-road). That said, this particular location has some of the worst customer service of any location I've ever been to. The manager guy actually asked me, "What did you do to this battery!?" That was a 2.5 year old Duracell AGM battery. It's literally sealed. It sat in a non moving vehicle fir 3-4 months and wouldn't take a charge, so I brought it in. The side was bulging out. Then they are acting like the defective battery, with 2.5 years left on its 'no questions asked replacement warranty', is not something that they should have to replace because it's unsafe to charge and load a battery with physical defects. The only reason I give 3 stars instead of 1 is because this location did eventually, supposedly as a favor, actually replace the battery. This location could really use some better training on customer service. I mean, how am I supposed to modify a sealed battery?!? That just seams stupid and horrendously dangerous. I could understand if I had brought in a normal lead acid battery that you have to top off or fill, like my motorcycle battery, but a sealed battery?.... this experience just left a bad taste in my mouth. Every other store ive been to in 3 states has better customer service. In conclusion, just go to another location.
