My wife took our Kia in on Dec. 10th to have the fluids topped off for a trip the next day. When she got home from work the car was smoking heavily. I checked it the next morning and found they left off the oil filler cap. Oil was everywhere. I called Jiffy to complain, and they sent a tech to our house to clean it up. He was here for 3 hours. While he did a good job, and told me our next oil change would be free, I feel that Jiffy should have the entire engine compartment steam cleaned. This negligence could have caused a fire, not to mention that my wife had to take our other car on her trip. How about it Jiffy, will you clean the car or should I contact your DM and talk to them? I have more photos if needed. And by the way, my wife said the engine cover was removed. Why??? You don't need to remove it to check or add fluids. Some of your personnel need serious retraining. We've always had good service in the past so this was very disappointing.

Normally really good experience here, not this time they didn't check all the fluids, I got in the car this morning and used the wipers and the car immediately let me know it was low on washer fluid, so it had not got topped off.

Asked for a synthetic blend or conventional oil change and was told that if they didn’t put full synthetic oil in they wouldn’t honor the warranty for the service. Got home and smoke from spilled oil was coming from under the hood. Instead of a $20 coupon oil change we paid $78.10. Won’t be back.

Great personal customer service.However, never once discussed the cost of what the service would be.And in the end, ended up paying almost two hundred dollars for an oil change and an air filter! I was very thankful to at least have the money. But extremely distraught about being blindsided with the cost.

I received a free oil change today since I’m a Veteran. I was greeted right when I pulled up. They were very detailed on what I might need for my car and after they changed the oil they showed me that it was full. I’ll be taking my cars there from now on, even though I live in Sparks.

The service was great. Fast and friendly. I have an issue with the online booking. Two days before my service is booked an appointment for oil change, tire rotation, and spark plugs. I received email confirmations for these services. When I got to the shop, there was no record of my booking, and I was told this location doesn't do spark plugs. People shouldn't be able to book services at a location that doesn't do those services.

I always have great service at this location. My son was asking for snacks from the snack machine and well, Times are tough and I didn't have any extra money for it. Two of the employees gave him a dollar and he was able to get a couple snacks before we left. They informed me of some things that needed to be done on our next visit. I will be coming back in a few thousand miles for my next service.

I don’t usually write reviews, but what inspired me to write this was because for the first time in a long time the customer service I received was not only quick and efficient, but kind as well. When I arrived, I suddenly Started filling extremely iill and the person that helped me was very professional along with, kind. This made me feel safe and though it was just basic customer service, I have found that simple human decency is Lacking at a lot of businesses I have frequented in this area, so it was greatly appreciated especially this time.

Listen.. This location especially had amazing service. The moment I drove up, I was greeted and immediately assisted. I waited in the lounge which was clean and accommodating, the wait was short and best yet I was a walk up. The gentlemen who assisted me were both really friendly, super efficient and all around great. Gomez the GM was amazing. You don’t expect this kind of service these days. This will be my location going forward for all of my car needs. I highly recommend this location. Thank you guys for being so quick and kind.

The techs here have no attention to detail that could have lead to catastrophic motor failure. Took my car to them for an oil change, they checked my air filter as they normally do however, they unscrewed my air filter housing and disconnected a vacuum line and did not reconnect them. I drove the car like this for weeks only find the issue when I was working on something else. Tried to contact a manager to resolve this locally with the shop and was left on hold until they closed. None of our cars will ever go near a jiffy lube again

Very professional, upfront & fast. I didn't have to wait around for hours on end. Still pricey; $250, for synthetic oil, tire rotation, cabin n engine filter. Yet, I'm happy feeling they did everything that was required efficiently. I'd definitely go back.
