Do yourself a solid and stay away from this place. I brought my Subie in last month to get a sideview mirror repaired from a hit and run. On my part, I really should have asked what they would be doing and what it would cost before giving them consent to work on my vehicle because I assumed something that small would be less than $300. I was wrong and these were the wrong people to entrust. Their initial estimate was over 700 and the day I went to pick up my vehicle it was at nearly one thousand because they added newer parts that didn't even need to be replaced to this job. When I asked another shop their opinion they gave me a preliminary estimate of less than 300 and said only two parts needed to be replaced instead of the five this place overdid. Would have been better off just leaving the thing broken or if I waited longer to get it fixed by people I know instead of leaving it in the hands of these money-grubbing parasites. Just disgusting.

Someone hit my car and didn't leave a note. Insurance sent me here and I am happy about it. The front passenger corner above the wheel well was dented and the passenger door was out of alignment so caught when opening. NW Collision fixed these problems completely. They also fixed a couple other small cosmetic problems, like scratches. It almost seems like the inside was detailed also? Top notch all around. 100% would recommend even though the guy at the front desk was wearing a Steelers sweatshirt.

Had my vehicle in for a damaged headlight assembly, bumper, and fender. The customer service was excellent and coordination with my insurance and rental car company was seamless. Work was complete in a timely fashion and I was kept up to date throughout the process. The car was returned having been fully cleaned and detailed. The work looked fantastic with no evidence of there having ever been damage to the vehicle. Would highly recommend this shop.

As anyone knows, car accidents suck! I love the staff and the overall vibe of this shop because they make the experience very easy. The office staff is very friendly and gots out of their way be of assistance. Not to mention they do a great job and get the repairs done in a timely manner. I'm not generally one to write reviews, but my experience with NW Collision services was SO POSITIVE I felt that I needed to. My general MO when finding somewhere to have work/services done (of any kind) is simply to look over google reviews and see who has the highest ratings in combination with the most reviews - being said, after my exceptional experience with NW Collision services, I felt I needed to help pad their stats :) Someone had side-swiped my 2020 Subaru Outback while it was parked on the side of the road. After submitting the claim and getting off the phone with my insurance company, I had a call from Theresa from NW Collision Services literally within five minutes to set up a time to bring my car in. Being as I am a graduate student, and don't have a lot of money, nor do I have rental car insurance on my auto policy, I was somewhat concerned about not having my car for awhile, and I knew it was take a minute to have all of the repairs completed (regardless of where I took it to). Theresa stated it would probably be a little over a week to get all of the parts and to perform all of the services that needed to be done (Fixing the driver's side door panel and door handle, driver's side rear door panel, front quarter panel, molding, rim, and checking the alignment). They literally had it back to me in three days. The work they did was amazing!! Looks brand new. And I sincerely appreciate them for evaluating the alignment and other complications that could have happened as a result of the insult. Furthermore, they returned my car with the interior cleaned as well. Really, excellent service, excellent communication, and very professional. I'd recommend them to anyone needing autobody work done.

My car looks brand new again. Thanks for detailing the whole car, that really made my day! Really surprised with the exact color match, my red is really hard to find. Super grateful for all the staff, everyone was kind and helpful throughout the process! Was a little shocked when they said 1 month to complete the process but it was done a week early. Lots of love to the staff as well, genuine and caring interactions throughout the process. The handled majority of the steps with insurance and even let me drop my rental car and returned it for me. Not a lot of quality people and service these days but Iβm satisfied with everything they provided π

They managed my rental car pickup and dropoff with no issues and were very responsive and proactive in the process, informing me as my car was being worked on and ready for pickup. I got sideswiped by an F150 in March 2023. The two passenger doors needed to be replaced. Progressive wanted me to use their preferred body shop Northwest Collision. After explaining to them I havenβt had the greatest experience with using preferred AutoBody shops. Northwest Collision insisted they do amazing work & guarantee their work if we werenβt happy. The car was available for pick up a week later. When I picked it up, the paint job was terrible. There were chips & it was uneven. There was over spray. I left the vehicle to fix the issues. The second time I picked it upβ¦ we noticed they used the wrong molding for the doors. The paint job had drip marks, and the wind shield had overspray. We didnβt notice until we drove in the rain & the visibility was terrible. I sent pictures and had to drive to the shop to show them. They said they would take care of everything - it would take a day or so. So I followed up to make sure I would have a rental. I only have one vehicle. I was told by the shop they wouldnβt pay for the rental. Though it was clearly their mistake they did a rush job. I reached out to Progressive - who agreed to pay for the rental. Now Iβm sitting at their shop writing this review without a rental car. Because they told Progressive they could replace the molding, buff out the overspray on the windshield, and the sand out the paint dripping in 30 minutes. (Now they are saying an hour) It sounds like a rush job again. I would not use them again. Nor would I go with a preferred Progressive auto body shop.

Our car was hit and progressive sent us here. The repair seemed to go fine and on time. The day the car was picked up the informed us it wouldnβt start, they couldnβt figure it out and were shipping it to Wilsonville to the dealer. Itβs a fully electric car and somehow the battery connection was damaged, they claim from the wreck but not likely. Either way it added another week, and we got the car back with the trim falling off the side and the power door lock didnβt function. They came and got the car again and repaired it. They also said they had it detailed. Itβs leased and we are cleaning it to return it today and the car is disgusting with white dust from the repair. Maybe thats on the cleaning service but they should have checked it out. What should have been easy was incredibly stressful and we are not happy with the way we got the car back. I will say they were nice, and easy to deal with, but thats the only positive part of the experience.

I was very happy with my choice to take my car to NW Collision. I wanted to shop within my insuranceβs network (Progressive) and the adjuster gave me a few choices. After doing some quick research I chose to take it here. It was straight forward to make an appointment and I dropped my car off within a few days of filing my claim. I appreciated Tram, who gave me timely updates about my repair. They told me it was estimated to be ready on the 11th, and they were only a day off on when I could pick it up. When I came back, I was greeted with a fully repaired car and it had been neatly cleaned- something I did not expect but was very happy to see! If I ever need auto body repair again I will gladly come back.

Despite a number of high reviews, I experienced consistency poor communication in dealing with this shop. Though the individuals were cordial, they did not know the status of the repair of my vehicle, and, on multiple occasions, provided wrong or misleading information about the repairs/state of progress of the repairs. These miscommunications left me without my vehicle for several months, when the issue could have been fixed in weeks. For mechanical issues, I would recommend taking your business elsewhere.
