If you need anything fixed on your car, you call the service team and ask for SCOTT. My car needed a new engine and scott did everything possible to make sure I got my new motor in and my car was working properly with no issues so that I would have no worries about driving it again. 10/10 for the way he treats his customers and their needs, he goes above and beyond to help you. If I need any work done on my car I will be coming back to Scott 100%.

So, I needed to get my truck's airbags fixed due to a recall, you know? I called up Time Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Portland Parts Center, and they were all like, "We've got you covered, buddy!" Feeling hopeful, I dropped off my truck, thinking it'd be smooth sailing. But oh boy, was I wrong! They hit me with the news later that they didn't have the parts and needed more time. Are you kidding me? I was not a happy camper, let me tell you. When I finally picked up my truck, it was a disaster zone. The steering wheel was all jacked up, and when I tried to honk the horn, it was like whispering sweet nothings into the void. It was working perfectly fine before, so you can imagine my frustration! I called them up, ready to have a good ol' chat about it. After some back and forth, they finally agreed to fix it for free. It was about time, I'll tell ya! But the drama didn't stop there, oh no. It was one setback after another, and it felt like they were dropping the ball every step of the way. Finally, after what felt like an eternity, they got everything sorted out. But let me tell you, the whole experience was like navigating a maze with no exit. In the end, my truck was fixed, but I wouldn't exactly call it a victory. Time Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Portland Parts Center seriously needs to get their act together if they want to keep folks like me coming back.
