Cannot believe this place, my cars battery died at subway in the same parking lot and durring business hours the guy working would not help me with a jump start, told me no labor is free. Wow what a way to gain customers. Who knows may have gotten our business fixing the cause of the dead battery if their customer service didn't suck!

Had Lower Ball joints replaced on a Lexus GS300 Mieneke wanted $475 to do them and said upper joints were going out also . took it here and they did the same job for 370. including alignment and saw no other suspension work needed. car drives great . recommend ..

Horrible and confusing customer service. They didn't listen to us about what was wrong with our car. Refused to test drive it. They insisted on replacing a sensor because of "the code" even though it didn't match up with the symptoms. After 4 hours and a $200 job that we didn't need, they let us know that it was probably just a fuel filter (1/2 hour of labor and a $7 part). Now our car still doesn't run, we don't have our work vehicle for the weekend, and we are out $200 after being laid off for months...

Honesty is always appreciated when dealing with any service industry. Ping is completely honest and fair. We have been to him two different times now. The first time, we had an issue with a Buick Rendezvous. Ping was not able to remedy the problem, but also refused to accept any payment for his time. He told us since he was unable to fix it, he wouldn't charge us. Just today we took in our 2016 GMC pickup that was experiencing an issue with the A/C(a pretty common problem with these trucks). He was able to easily remedy the problem for under $200 that the dealer told us would be over $1000. We will return there for any work necessary for all our vehicles that are no longer under warranty. Thanks Ping!!

Honestly mechanic with quality works. We used him so many times for fixed our company and personal vehicles. You could imagine mechanic charge you only part $12.73 for fixed a light that my husband cannot figure out. Another time my husband call in he explained how to fix the car to running instead we will spend $300 to tow truck. Thanks for Superb Automotive I highly recommended this shop. So far so good.

Straightforward, and we'll show you what is wrong with your vehicle, making sure that you fully understand the situation and what the problem is What needs to be replaced? What the cost will be and so forth..Ping has always been an awesome mechanic he is a wonderful person and they will not let you be put In harm's way if there's a problem with your vehicle he will notify you and give you the option of fixing it he will never do any work on your vehicle that has not been given permissions to do. the Ping has worked on my family's vehicles from Bob Brown Oldsmobile Vic Alfonso They opened the doors on Superb Automotive no appointments are necessary if there's a problem your car is trying to take a vacation at the worst time... you can just pull up to the bay door or if open you may pull in the garage the knowledge on vehicles foreign and domestic is impressive five stars isn't enough in my world

Besides fixing my blown-out spark plug Ping (the owner) discovered missing bolts on one of my wheels, which he replaced, AND he fixed my brakes by diagnosing a faulty master cylinder and replacing THAT TOO! Not to mention that he gave me a week to cover the $162.oo that i was short that day!
