They don't stand behind their free testing that they advertise. I needed something tested so I wasn't buying a part I don't need. They turned me away saying they don't have time for that. There were two employees standing around when I was there with no customers. If You buy the wrong electrical part your stuck with it. They don't except returns on electrical parts.

Was in the store for about 5-10 mins in the wiper aisle. Nobody came up to ask me if I needed help. Which would have been nice but I know how to use Google also. I get the sense they didn’t know I was in the store, also concerning, because they began to have a conversation about some family drama while dropping all sorts of “F-bombs” and other profanity’s at a loud enough volume that anybody in that building would have heard clearly. I guess I’ll get my wipers somewhere else.

I got to say O'Reilly's is one of the best auto body stores for Auto parts because of the fact that they have the cheap parts available usually. I went to six other stores ended up to going to O'Reilly's and they had the rear wheel bearing for a Dodge caliber in their store and the cheaper parts not the most expensive one

An absolute perfect transaction from first call to the forth call all the way to the pick up. Outstanding Job Jordan and Jayden. Called for a couple of parts for a friend’s Chevy Tahoe, I called autozone first I must admit. They didn’t have both parts in stock. Called my local O’reilly’s which is literally right next door to the autozone. A young man answered I gave him the info he checked, verified he had them both in stock. I said I’ll be right down. Well as life has it I couldn’t make it “right down”. So I called the store and let Jordan know I would try to be down as soon as I can. I didn’t want them to think I wasn’t coming. He let me know that he has them in stock still but didn’t pull the items due to things like this arising. Relief I don’t like making extra work for people. So I left him with I will be down sometime. Then my friend called and said she will just pick them up on the way to my house around 2:30 and 3:00. So another call to the store. This time Jayden answered. I told him I was working with Jordan , who was busy at the moment. So I mentioned to Jayden that my friend she would stop by on the way thru. And if they could pull the parts and have them ready for her to just pay and pick up. She drives the truck, but ask her what a throttle body does and it’s all over. So she arrived at my place with the correct parts to the car, and mentioned that she was able to just walk in say I have a pick up play for it on grab it and go. And then one of the staff noticed she had a baby with her and offered to carry the items out to her truck. Kudos Guys at my local O’Reilly’s. I will no longer be calling Autozone first. It will be O’Rielly’s. Such great customer service. Impressive, most impressive.

The store was clean and organized. If you know what you’re getting and how to do it, this will be a standard experience for you. I feel like every auto parts shop is a little short staffed currently so there was a little wait, but that is no one’s fault. I went to buy windshield wipers today, and I always put off stuff like that because I usually do need help since I don’t do very much car maintenance, but when I bought them the guy at the register said “good luck.” Which I feel like if you’re gonna be condescending, you should be helpful about it. His coworker was really nice and just switched them out for me when I went back in and asked for help. I am very loyal to O’Reilly because I have never had that kind of experience prior to this one.

Huge shout out to your team member Dom. I was having issues with cracked hoses in my cooling system and didn’t even know what the hoses I needed were called. Not only was Dom able to identify the parts I needed and find them, he came outside to help and make sure I understood what I was doing, and when there was an issue with one part, he was able to get me a replacement and helped me with it the next day. Absolute legend and I couldn’t have done it without him. #RockTheLot

The NOT so nice guy who was in charge when I stopped in to have an alternator tested only complained and whined about how hard it was to setup on the machine. He then proceeded to spin the alternator by hand and said " Oh it's toast, there is no need to test it" He would rather complain and come up with excuses to not do something rather than teach his younger employees how to do it and give factual information to the customer. I guess he's a master mechanic as well as a parts genius. I took the alternator to the location in Three Rivers and they hooked it up and tested it 2 times in less than 10 min. Shocker the alternator is just fine and works like it should. Avoid this location when possible just due to the lack of knowledge and customer service from the upper employees. And I used to be an avid shopper here but will no longer spend my time in the location due to a select few people.

We were in desperate need of wiper blades on both of our vehicles. The weather was horrible and we shouldn't have let them go that long. But we did, and we headed out to O'Reilly Auto parts on westnedge. But this time we invested in the better quality wiper blades. Despite the horrible weather Blizzard conditions and Sub-Zero wind chill a very helpful employee, I think his name is Nick, came out to the parking lot and put the wiper blades on the car for me. We took our other vehicle back a couple weeks later to get those windshield wipers replaced and Nick was on staff again. He came out and put the wiper blades on for us. Customer service is very important to us and Nick at O'Reilly Auto parts on westnedge is top notch customer service representative.
