I went in to this store to purchase a new battery for my Mustang. Not only did they help me get the battery I needed, but the guy who sold it to me also installed it free of charge. As far as I'm concerned, he went way above and beyond in helping me out. I look forward to going back and thanking him in person.

The place was very clean and well stocked. It was not crowded but it still took more than 10 minutes to get my item and leave the store. I don't know if the registers were down or if the employees just did not know how to give the previous customers a refund but it was slow. I just needed wiper fluid. So, if the dollar store is out of what you need and you have 10 minutes to wait in line. Visit.

I went into the store to get my battery tested. I walked in and no one greeted us. I asked the assistant manager FRANCES to check my battery she acted like she was annoyed and came out to check it not polite at all. She said let me know if you want to purchase a battery and just walked off back in the store. I go inside the store and tell her I would like to purchase one she walks off and comes back with the battery and I pay. She just stands there and stares at me so I ask, "are you going to put my battery on?" She does not say anything and walks off. The manager ALLEN tells her something about a customer like I was not important. Frances grabs the tool box and slams it down on the counter you can hear all the tools fall back down. The manager does not say a thing so I tell them I do not like their attitude I would like a refund. The manager mumbled to the other one said "you can't put that battery on anyways" and starts my refund I said sir you're are the manager and this is how you all act and could of told me about the battery and he cut me off and said I am handling you now (my refund) they did not care and they are BOTH very UNPROFESSIONAL and need an attitude adjustment. Also, filing a complaint with corporate on them both. My sister also went a few weeks ago and FRANCES lied and said it was her battery that she just purchase when indeed it was her alternator they are liars and not professional at all. I have personally reached out to corporate over this and they have been useless over the matter. The store manager Allen is an absolutely terrible human. I’ve experienced him being horrible to his employees and to customers. He has a terrible attitude. This store needs a new manager. I’ve never been more disgusted over customer service. Just because you have power doesn’t mean you need to treat others badly. I think people should stick with the other stores here this one is ran by a terrible manager.
