O'Reilly's Auto Parts always a solid experience from the free check engine light testing to the free wiper blade replacement this is by far the best auto parts chain available to you in Lake Charles much better than either Advanced or AutoZone neither of which had the part that I needed O'Reilly is also did not have the part that I needed but they were much more polite about it and I got a nice car air freshener that continues to smell Pleasant to this day

Will provide a free diagnosis on your check engine lights. Friendly staff if you ask for help they typically will help you. Had to talk to a few different employees before i found one that was very knowledgeable, however all were friendly.

I tried to return a part I bought online back to the store I picked it up at. They told me they could tctake it back. I bought the part and it turned out it wasn't the problem and even though it said it was the right part it didn't go in. Turns out it wasn't even the problem with the car so I tried to return it with receipt in hand and was told, "We can't take it because it's been installed". You guys suck I could have gotten the same service from and " pull-a-part ".

Gave four stars because their system recommended the wrong blade for my 2015 Chevy Sonic. Would not fit the first time. Boch Focus fit and did the job well. I could actually see through the window and it was wiping all the water off! Great service, would recommend!

When the extent of your knowledge on vehicles starts and stops with where the gas goes, it's ALWAYS a relief to be somewhere that the employees are knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. They didn't appear to find any of my questions stupid...lol (even though my mechanic gaped and shook his head)! Their prices are, also, very reasonable.

I went in kinda late at night and the staff was ridiculously helpful. I had to get a new headlight and the staff even tried to help me install it. They started to get busy, so he had to go back in, but the fact that he was willing to help was most impressive!!!

The staff is pleasant, but were not able to change my battery or the one in the car before mine. We were left searching for other options.. I was thankful to find an auto parts store who could change my battery. I believe this store has changed windshield wipers for me.I have used this store before, and maybe this was an off day.

The place for everything vehicle based. I go to the location on Prien Lake road directly in front of 1st avenue and Prien Lake junction (T) in the road . Knowledgeable staff and very selective choices when you have the items you need pulled up on the computer system to choose from. Get lots of monthly discounts for purchasing whatever when you become a member of the rewards program available to everyone interested. My neighbor has his own mechanic business, and he deals with this location exclusively for all the parts he ever needs, and they will deliver parts too, (and quickly). Like the atmosphere and I'll be a customer for as long as they keep that location in business

Flat out refused to change my battery even tho I purchased it from them and had it installed by them. I was going in to use the warranty on it because I needed a new one and they said they could not change a professional install even tho my install was done by this company!! Went to another store and they changed it with no problems…called the other local stores and they had no idea what this policy was! One manager told me they probably thought my battery was under my seat which it is not but they never cared to ask or look! The people are kind I just kinda thought that was odd!
