The morning crew definitely sets the bar high for customer service. The manager is ALWAYS helpful and very knowledgeable of their products. In addition he has saved me a lot of money via his recommendations. But now the evening crew and The Weeknd crew need some help with personal attention. It never fails anytime I have asked for assistance with the check engine light, anything that entails them coming outside of the building, the machine is either charging it's not working or out for service. If only the attitude of the manager could spill over to his night crew.

I’ve had nothing but positive experiences at this location. Last year, an associate helped me with finding and installing new wiper blades. This week, Jimmy was so kind as to come to where my dead car was located and replace the battery on the spot. I am so thankful for Jimmy and the help that he gave this week!

My daughter needed a new battery for her 4Runner. We went to O'Reillys in 61st and North to buy one. We left with one and we're going to put it in ourselves. A young man that works there named Eligha? was putting a battery in someone else's car and he yelled down to us just put it on the ground ill be right over. He was the nicest young man. Can't thank him enough for helping us!

I had a bad battery in my Jeep and needed help swapping it out for a new one. The first location I went to said they didn’t have anyone capable to help me. I called this location and the employee Elijah was absolutely phenomenal. As soon as I pulled up he was at the doors ready to help. He made the process really smooth, helped me get the battery I needed, and swap them out for me. He was an absolute life saver. I will be coming back to this specific location if I need help with anything else, as well as referring it to others! Thank you so much for your help Elijah!!!!

I've long visited the O'Reilly's at 6102 North Avenue because of the staff. They've always been incredibly helpful and my last visit was no exception. I stopped in needing to replace the headlight lamps on a vehicle. While there I spoke with JB and Deonte, who not only found the bulbs I needed but offered to install them for me (an offer I took advantage of). I didn't have to ask for help, they took the initiative and began walking to the door planning to install the bulbs. Does service get any better than that? I have no idea if their parts are cheaper or more expensive than I could find elsewhere. I go to O'Reilly's for the exceptional service!

Needed a battery for a dead vehicle. They could sell you one but did not have special tool to check/reset vehicle computer if needed. Spent the extra $$$ buying battery from Dealer. Accuracy over convienience works every time.

I had a broken windshield wiper after a car wash, and on a Saturday afternoon, was able to purchase it (in stock) and have it installed within about twenty minutes. The gentleman that worked with us was knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough. He made sure that the wipers worked correctly before leaving, and even came back out after he realized we didn't get a receipt. Very pleased with this service, and glad to know they're in our neighborhood and I can call on them again.

Placed an online order 7/1 at 8:00 am. Received confirmation order was ready at 10:00. Went in to pick up at 11:30 - got the run around from every employee. Woman who took me on a register eventually never greeted me, talked on the phone while I waited, and then rudely told me that I did not need to wait. Woman (maybe Emily) was rude and disrespectful. Would never suggest this store - though I have used it multiple times in the past, never this bad.

5 stars to the guy that helped me install my light bulb in the parking. 0 stars to the gentleman that sold it to me. I was looking for the assembly brake light he asked if it was inner or outer. Told him idk. He said when u find out let us know. Luckily gentleman in parking lot helped me install front light bulb n looked at brake light

There was a crew of staff previous to the one now that were extremely helpful. I don’t know anything about cars, but previously when I came if I was confused about something or for clarification there was never a problem to look it up in their system or just come out to the hood of my car and I would point and they would just tell me what it is followed up with the needed product from the store. Always something minor that I knew I could get here. In and out no more than 10 mins. Now? Absolutely nothing. Another auto part store down the road was able to provide the assistance needed. This new type of customer service is not welcoming and is trash.

I am a senior citizen and I was shocked and dismayed, with the low level of Customer Care received from, Counter Associate, Marco. This was my first visit to this neighborhood store and I came to purchase a battery. I greeted the Counter Associate, Marco, and explained to him, that I wanted to purchase a battery. I also, asked to have the battery installed ( a very reasonable request). He immediately, loudly, proudly and repeatedly, explained to me, that he does not install batteries, when it's cold. It was 17 degrees above 0' (yet, I and others, watched him install windshield wiper blades, for a much younger lady). Thank God, for store Associate, Dominique. He volunteered to assist me and I was very happy, with his excellent and high level of Customer Care! He was extremely helpful, professional, knowledgeable, patient, kind and courteous. He listened to my concerns and thoroughly answered all of my questions, assured me and installed my battery!! Dominique's work ethic and personal integrity, is the sole reason that changed my experience and opinion, of O'Reilly's. He should be the store manager or the store trainer! Thank you, again, Dominique. This store would benefit by having more employees with your willingness to work! Please note: Perhaps, Marco, should not work at the front counter. Because, he demonstrated an overt lack of courtesy, high work ethic, professionalism, and customer care, that this type of skill set, is best utilized, in the back of store, working primarily stocking the shelves.
