Don’t trust this dealership will not be back. Replace one side of suspension and didn’t/said nothing about the other that was in the same failing condition. Shame on them for doing half a job shame on me for not double checking their work. 5 months later that bad side failed and had it towed in with broken strut/spring, ball joint blown apart, and axle pulled out. Never replaced the strut/spring even though they would have been looking at it while fixing the ball joint a foot away, and some how passed the safety check and missed it on the alignment, also with the spring being broke the alignment was way off where you could visibly see one tire cambered way in other tire strait as an arrow confused at how someone thought that would drive strait. Don’t trust them for safety will not be back. As they say third time is the charm I won’t give them a third chance to wreck my car or my life for that matter.

From the time I got there Antwan listened to everything I had to say about what I thought was the issue with my Bronco. He made sure that understood how much time I would be there then offered me a loaner car. He made sure was comfortable with the loaner and he got my car done in a few hours. All of this on a Saturday if you can believe that. Thank you Antwan and Uptown!!!

Great mechanics terrible service team. They seem to hate their jobs. I worked with hope and when I went to pick up my car some other guy helped me, told me to sit down to make me wait 30 minutes just to get my keys. After waiting for 30 minutes I went to the service area and they were just using their phones and doing nothing. Hope did not even acknowledge me when she saw me amd the other white gentlemen ignored me.

10 out of 10 highly recommend- woke up this morning to a flat tire that had a screw in it. My new neighbor was kind enough to direct me this way and they were able to get me in immediately. Unfortunately, my tire was not able to be patched, but they were able to get the spare on for me and get me on my way!!

I’ve used Uptown for service as my closest Ford dealer. They’ve done well to correctly diagnose work on my vehicles and repair them properly. I recently needed to purchase a newer vehicle and went back to Uptown. Their price was fair and their sales service was great. I had a couple of issues post-sale which they have also resolved. I will continue to use them for service & sales into the future.

I found a used 2024 kia telluride online that happened to be at this dealer. We don't live in the area; however, do see their commercials. I was preparing to buy a new 2025 kia telluride that morning, but felt like the hardly used '24 was the better choice for our family. I went in already knowing what I wanted and what numbers would make me purchase right then. Both David the sales rep and David the sales mgr didn't play any games and gave their best sales and trade in prices right away. Purchase was quick and easy with no smoke show of numbers!!! I stopped in to Uptown Ford for a check engine light. Hope, in the service department, was very knowledgeable, she asked me a few questions & took my SUV in without an appointment.She & her team diagnosed the problem of a low voltage battery so I had a new battery installed. She actually saved me money by suggesting I don't have the full cost diagnostic test done at this time but instead to monitor if the check engine light reappears & then have the testing done. Hope was professional & courteous & that is a big reason I will return for all future service on my vehicle.

I called the parts department and the first time the call rang and then disconnected. I called back and got Chris. I asked for him to check the type of bulb needed for our Ford. He took Forever to look up 1 part, not paying attention to what he was doing, listening to another conversation going on and commenting. He eventually found the part information on the bulb and when I asked about information on the bulb connector he put the phone down on the counter and never came back. I asked "are you there" no reply asked several times and had to hang up. Total time spent almost 20 minutes.

Just bought my car Here! I have received my the best service i ever had here at this dealership. My salesman was Steve. He was able to give me my otd price(like I asked) days before I stop and check and tested out the car. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Same goes to my financial management guy. Accidentally posted this review on uptown Lincoln instead of uptown ford :)! But , we purchased a new vehicle over the weekend in early July. Dave was in constant communication with us from start to finish Dave was very knowledgeable in all the questions that we had and even provided us with exceptional service by letting us see any & all vehicles on the lot while walking back and forth comparing in the hot sun. He did not pressure us once into choosing a certain vehicle or choosing any vehicle at all. It was a very smooth process and he guided us through the entire way. They always seem to be moody and careless with attention to detail. I went in for 'The Works' and the mechanic skipped out on doing the full job of 'The Works'--My dashcam caught it.
