Smartest people ever! They know everything! Autozone has idiots working behind the counter compared to O'Reilly's! Never again will I go anywhere else!

Good Service, Nice Clean Store. Have you in and out quickly. Prices are average, within the same price range as the next parts store.

I came in for wiper blades. Larry was very knowledgeable and honest about the product. He even went above and beyond and installed them in the rain.

I thought that it was a blessing when I had this transmission slip o, fine morning and I happen to be right next to a orileys and thankfully I had the pleasure of being helped by this lovely young lady that was actually pretty nice unlike the other employees, they look at me like a thief even tho I always buy all my items! Maybe I just look too thuggg for them...🤷♂️

Last weekend Sep 1st my husband went to buy alternator for his car as he needed to change it. He was sold a bad alternator for $360 and our car again couldn’t start. The sales rep that sold the part didn’t even check to see if the part was working properly. He also charged extra $100 to replace it so in total we paid $460 for a part that was defective. CUSTOMERS PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS LOCATION AND SALES REP. THEY JUST CARE ABOUT SALES AND THEY WILL SEE YOU BAD PARTS. Mind you I have 2 kids and god forbid if anything would have happened to our car in the middle of a freeway I would have definitely filed a law suit on this company

Honestly I like O'Reilly if you sign up with them they give you more than $30 in discounts a year. But the workers could really be more helpful. For the reason that they would and should know more than the ordinary person about cars and parts or at least they have a system that helps with it.

Need a cell phone car charger and should of come here first. Sadly, I visited gas station & drugstore first. Had I visited O'Reilly first it would have only taken me a few minutes instead of 20. Service was quick & friendly.

Love this business. I come here to buy my needs for my vehicle, as well as the customer service is very well educated. Whenever I need a question answer they pretty much have it answered.

Cecilia was amazing!!! She helped me with choosing a top of the line battery for my Jeep Trailhawk and then installed it. She totally ROCKS! O'Reilly Auto Parts needs to give her a promotion w/a raise. She gave me a few more recommendations and I let feeling more than satisfied. Thanks Cecilia for the wonderful customer service experience.

I came in today at 7:50 a.m. to buy a simple bolt , when I arrived I went to the front desk and I was asked to wait one moment. I was the only customer in the store but I did not mind waiting a bit considering that they had just opened not too long ago. I proceeded to waiting as after 5 minutes the 2nd worker asked me if I've already been helped and I explain to her what the previous worker had told me to wait a moment and he will get back to me. After time pass by all that I noticed them doing was being on their phone and talking about there schedule for this week to be fair it is possible that the 1st worker was on his phone looking for a product but as for the 2nd worker I realized that she must have just been kicking back because after half an hour of me waiting in the store alone another customer showed up and she instantly went to help from frustrated with having waited half an hour for no reason I decided to leave. I've came here before never had an issue but the complete lack of carelessness of them being on the clock and having me waist half an hour of my time for no reason put me over the edge. O'Reilly can choose to take this advice or not but this experience surely made my decision to just go down to a different shop a lot easier and by all means take a look at the footage of the front desk and will see I patiently waited ten got passed up by a new customer who was helped immediately

Took my car battery in to charge up at 5:30pm (i remember the time because I was told it would take 1hr). I go back around 7pm to get my battery and was told it was bad, however, when i got home I looked at the receipt that was given to me and it has the time as 4:40pm and the CCA being 600, well that is a load of cobblers as the time should have been 5:30pm and the CCA 830...i have noticed that both O'Reilly's and AutoZone will tell you that your battery is bad 80% of the time, hoping you will just buy a new battery from them thus boosting their sales for the day. Hey O'Reilly's, we go to your store in good faith that your staff will be honest and not 100% thinking of how to get money from customers. It's not easy carrying a heavy duty battery when you have an injured foot and it's raining... O'Reilly's has lost a fairly regular customer plus I will be telling my mates. See the pic with the different CCA

I bought the snow chain for my ford escape car but it doesn't fit my tire size. I went to return the chains , they said it's being used. I tried to put on the car. It doesn't fit so, I took it out. It's ORIELLY mistake that they gave me the wrong size chain. They didn't return my chain. This is bullshit and don't buy anything from there, because they return policy sucks and they gave you wrong item. Watch out this O ' REILLY ON TENNYSON AVENUE HAYWARD.

There was a young gentleman who helped me there, his name is Ariel. Very kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Helped me with my broke rear brake light and went above and beyond. Can't thank him enough. Usually I have doubts when I have to trust some youth to help me out with things, but he proved me wrong and restored my faith in young individual these days. Awesome service, thanks Ariel.

O’Reilly’s is the closest automotive place to my home. However, each time I come here, there’s one or two people at the counter, and a long line of people just standing in line. The phone rings, the lady answers the phone, and starts working with the person on the phone, while letting us continue to wait for service. The customer service at this location is lacking severely. It appears they’re doing us a favor by waiting on us, and our time is not considered essential. I don’t mind spending my hard-earned money on automotive parts, but my time is also significant to me. It’s a little more understandable if it were a lunch hour, but it’s nearly 3 PM. Again, as always, I don’t have the time for this type of Service. I will place my items on the counter and exit the same way I have in the past. I’m moving on to the AutoZone automotive store, at least when I was in their area and had to stop. I was acknowledged right away and asked if I needed assistance. Unlike my experience here at O’Reilly’s, the AutoZone location is farther for me to drive, but the Customer service at that location is worth the drive.
