I love this O'Reilly's since coming here about 10 months ago there is a young man named James that is always a huge help and he's pretty damn funny too!

They have a tendency to be over priced. I found that it's cheaper to buy parts online from rock auto. Not only that but they have a hard time finding things whenever I go there for parts. Takes em 5 minutes just to find 1 part.

Dennis went above and beyond to help me get what I needed to make sure my air conditioning was ice cold before a long road trip. His customer service was excellent - thank you, Dennis!

I ordered a motor mount and they told me to come back next day to pick it up and they never got it was still at the Urbandale store. They are so irresponsible. Just wasted my time and told them to refund my money

James in particular is rude and arrogant. Got the wrong parts time and again after reading the codes. SO, I expect folks that read the codes on the computer to get me the right parts the 1st time. Funny thing is that the other employees went to him for questions! I usually don't put negative reviews but this has happened many times over the last year for the same issue / same codes. There may be someone there that knows what their doing???? I'm hoping Army Post autozone/oreillys will be my new place to go for parts. OH YEAH! try this site for your hub assemblies/parts... rockautoDOTcom

I shouldnt even leave a one star review. From the git go my serivce seemed to be a hassle. I was disrespected by John W. the manager when i was given the wrong cv shaft and it fell out while driving. Then after the second it had a factory issue of somesort exploded after about 20 miles and bent my lower control arm. Which the bent control i didnt find out about till after the 3rd cv broke from a completely different store. Ive called and requested the district manager because this store doesnt show customer service. Ive spent thousands of dollars over the years at many orileys. This orileys is the only one ive ever felt not wanted and accussed for no reason. I just want them to make sure i get the right part and fix for what the factory error that happened with my other cv damaging the lower control arm. Ive spent all my money on fixing my cv axles and its my daily driver. Let alone its stranded miles from my house on a road right now..

Great people low prices some days busier than others but everybody there is always willing to help with issues and recommend shops if you can't fix your issues I like to shop there because I always get treated like family not a paycheck, online may be cheaper but surely not worth waiting 7-10 +days on somthing I may need now. Rob always helps me find the right part for the lowest price he can John there store manager and Jamie is also very helpful and if you want great customer service there's a gal named Dominique and she's very friendly and helpful don't let her fool you just cuz she's a girl sometimes she knows more than the guys very satisfied would recommend this location for outstanding customer service and fast and friendly service

Wats sad is tht they had a BIG sign saying free battery test & installation...I asked about it and they denied it! I even pointed at their sign, the teller was like "I don't know how to change it" sooo if my van were to die in front of the store I'd basically be s.o.l. right? Smh it's messed up if they helped someone else and denied me! Unacceptable!

Not a good experience. Waited long for poor service. Was clear he did not want to get off his butt and interact with any customers. The OBD scanner wouldn't work, so he referred me to a dealership. I went to Advanced Auto instead. I made a good choice, but wished I had went there first.

This Oreillys store, their store manager John and staff are BEYOND RUDE. As a business i have never experienced such a slap in the face. I only live less than a mile away from the store and moved my account across town further away. If you need to file a complaint make sure to take it up to district managers. The store manager (John) will act like he cares and will take care of whatever issue made you be disgusted....then once you leave all goes back to B.S. store mode. I will NEVER have anything to do with this store, employs or bone head store manager that apparently doesn't know his shop accounts from a hole in the wall.

Out of the last hundred or so pilgrimages I've made to O'Reilly Auto Parts, every single time the store is like a commercial. I actually see employees willing and happy to help customers while still keeping business informal. The prices are great, and fortunately, o'Reillys is open late- so my clumsy butt can get replacement parts to the new parts I just broke.. The rewards program stinks like moldy cheese. Staff, prices, and availability are pretty good.

They are well stocked but the staff leaves alot to be desired. When they finally get to helping you it seems you are disrupting they're day. Very low knowledge of automobiles especially the night shift. This store Is close to my home but it's worth the extra drive to go to the army post store. Very frustrating every time I have been there. The last time i was there will most likely be my last visit. Waited on someone to cash me out for over 15 minutes. There was a total of three customers in the store in including me. Oriellys as a whole is a decent auto parts store. This particular store is a serious disappointment.

They are very knowledgeable people and understanding. I had a head injury and needed a moment to remember what I needed. They had no problem waiting and let me fill up on water for my radiator. I also work for an internet service provider so they know I'm not an idiot and are very understanding with who I am. I will always come here for help on my automotive issues.

Austin and Rob helped me find the exact part I needed for my friends Chevy Trax! It was even in stock! I was blown away by how easy it was to get this what seemed like obscure part. I got a Chevy 2019 Turbocharger Bypass Solenoid for the 1.4 Ecotec engine. Anywho they did a great job, great store good prices for what I needed. Austin even helped me locate the solenoid on the vehicle. (Something I couldn’t do)

Love the fact the warehouse is here in town. No waiting on parts. Just pay and go to warehouse and pickup.
