They lock the front doors early and keep the “open” sign on until 8:59 pm. Do not come here if you need a scanner connected to your car for a code. I called and the man who was here closing, answered the phone and then huffed and puffed about coming outside to help, once he got to the locked front door with an open sign lit, he threw up his arms and mouthed “it’s locked” like he couldn’t unlock it and come do his job. Hopefully he clocked out when he locked the door and wasn’t just milking the clock and avoiding work during open business hours.

Visiting from out of town, engine suddenly running very rough, and CEL went on. O'Reilly experts let me use the ODB2 scanner, which showed a cylinder 6 misfire. They did not have the ignition coil in stock, but looked up inventory in the other store. I picked it up there and 1h later my Land Cruiser was back to 100% ! If I had taken it to a shop, it would have taken days to schedule a time, and hundreds of dollars to diagnose and fix. I tell my daughters: "Everything in O'Reilly is free (relative to shop labor and parts costs)".

The staff was SO helpful and friendly! I came to get a new battery and get the battery installed and the Asst Mgr (Aubrey I think) was just the best!! She was so patient and even explained what she was doing so I could learn (I asked!)! 10/10 best service ever, thank you O’Reilly team!!

My windshield wiper froze to my windshield this morning and the rubber part ripped off. I stopped by and Victor helped me pick out the correct one to replace it and even helped me put it on in the freezing cold. He made my day and I appreciate the over and beyond service I received. Employee "Robert" (answers phone as "Rob") refused to update warranty information in O'Reilly's system that he entered incorrectly. When the customer identified that the information was incorrect, Robert said "you can fix it next time". When called later requesting that the information be corrected, Robert was belligerent, again refusing to correct the information in the system, refused to take a message to have the manager return the call, and hung up the phone. When called again, Robert hung up the phone when he realized the issue again. Is this the type of Customer Service that can be expected from this Store and Employee?

*Edit*my last order was a disaster. All the stores were extremely understaffed. One clerk per 20 people. With another clerk thinking stocking oil was more important than getting customers at the register. After being ignored for my order pickup for 5 minutes I just took it from behind the counter where it was tagged with my receipt. No one stopped me from grabbing it and walking out the door. They just begrudgedly watched making sure not to make sure contact, and didn't say a word or check a receipt. Things are getting really bad out there... Original review: Was my go to brick and mortar parts store. Pricing is better than the rest and have accurate stock numbers unlike AutoZone where you pay online, drive an hour there only to find out they just have an empty box with no part inside...(Yeah that happened...) O'Reilly's fixed that for me either having the part in the store or the next day ordered in for me! I'll only shop O'Reilly's now for parts I need ASAP because they will get it in next day if they didn't have it on the shelves.

Over the four years I’ve lived here the service at this location has always been very poor. No one looks you in the eye, offers to help, shows any sense of customer service. When you ask a question, you get a lot of attitude. I’m not going to give them any more business. I recommend going to different retailers.

James and the other tall older gentlemen were rude. They seemed to hate their job. Bad customer service and very poor attitude on the job. My kids were looking at the toys and the older guy told them not to touch anything. They weren't making a mess because i was watching them. They put the toys back in the exact same spot everytime they were looking at them. James also said he couldn't locate my receipt and only gave me $10 back for each battery, i had 2 old batteries and 1 recent battery. He also wouldn't locate the parts I needed and would only pull up the most expensive ones even though I asked for the mid quality parts. The north store found the receipt right away and gave me the exact parts i needed. They even said I should go back and get my refund because they found the receipt. I would get rid of James for sure. He is rude!

I went back and forth to the shop four times in one day working on an electrical issue with my Frankenstein old blazer. Holly and Spencer helped diagnose, tracked down parts, gave me some pointers and then validated my fix. Very helpful when they didn’t have to be.

I made an order for pickup there website say one hour to pick up 2hrs later I showed up and of course the parts are not ready one part was not there so they send me to another location to waste more time at the third street location the "manager" is talking on the phone to someone about how he got the manager position while more than a dozen people are standing in line another employee finally shows up tries to give me a different part luckily I caught it but if buying online I should have to drive all over ben to get the items that they said where in-stock at a location

Kenneth was wonderful today helping me get my battery changed. I had a car seat with me, so instead of hauling it in and out to check the voltage, year, etc, he ran back and forth for me. He helped me pick one out, and even installed it for me, letting me hover to take pictures of the steps involved so I could handle it myself next time. Super helpful and friendly.
