I purchased 2 batteries on 4/27/2018 for my truck. I asked if they could do an electrical check. Mario D. told me I had a bad voltage regulator and a bad alternator. He showed me on his tester that I needed both. He want to know if I wished to purchase them then. I told him I would have someone else take care of it and he said I should do it quick before I ruin the new batteries. Thinking he was telling the truth I drove it to the Ford dealer at Main and Katella and told them what I had been told. 3 hours and $146 dollars later I was told that I did not need either of those items. Either they intentionally tried to rip me off or they are working with defective equipment. Either way I do not trust them and I will never do business with them again and I urge you to do the same as well. They cost me $146. If you have had a electrical check done with them and you were told you needed to by new parts, I would have it double checked with a more competent group of people.

This store is filled with employees who would rather be lazy, than help a customer out. I came in to get a new battery and after already selling me the battery, they then tell me they can't change it out for me. I ask why because I know my car won't start and I don't have the tools to change it out myself. In the past all other shops have been more than happy to change it for me. They proceed to reluctantly beat around the bush and come up with the very poor excuse of being understaffed. I counted 4 different employees that were actively working the floor standard around and hanging out in the back. Mind you all other customers had already been helped and had left, I was the only one to help. Instead they chose to be lazy, and have piss poor customer service and proceeded to tell me they didn't have enough time. Thanks for all the help Mario, you should be a very proud Manager of O'Reillys... -_- Hindsight I honestly should have cancelled the sale entirely and taken my business elsewhere, but I just wanted to be done with this. Do not go here unless you need 0 help and just simply need to buy something. Then again you probably shouldn't go here at all after this experience.

They had the right size nut I needed for the part I needed. The only issue was I had to buy the nut to replace the set that came from a product I had to purchase from Amazon to replace parts from a lead spring assist kit/add a leaf kit sold to me at O'Reilly's after my leaf spring helper broke loose while driving. I was able to recover the leaf helper but the hardware was never found. If I had been on the freeway it could have caused a major accident or fatality!!! I reached out to the company who made the kit, superior automotive, but they have ignored my emails and phone calls.

Staff is not helpful or trustworthy. An associate told me the alternator in my vehicle was bad even though it was not after a 2nd test at another store. They would not show me the results, which was a red flag. They tried to sell me a part that was not needed. I’m going to AutoZone from now on instead.

5 stars for Jorge/George. My brake pedal went to the floor on my drive down from Walnut so I ducked in to get some brake fluid and hoped that was the problem. Not only did Jorge help me inside the store, he came out to make sure the brake fluid actually did the trick. He checked the fluid as I pumped the brake and all was well (for now at least), at least I know I'll get home. It's always good to find someone nice in customer service, but I never expect anyone to go the extra mile like that, it rarely happens these days. Thanks Jorge.

My experience was awesome!! They helped me out every step of the way filling up my car oil! My car has a oil leak so I have to replace it evert couple of days but they gave me reccomendations to minimize the leaking! Now I'm using a reccomended thicker oil to prevent leaks and so far, it has helped a TON! They told me to use a thicker oil so that it doesn't seep through wherever it is going through. Overall, they have got to be the best car mechanic I've ever been to! They even had parts for my cars exact model! I was shocked since I drive a 1999 Honda civic lol. Shop here! When looking for parts, most people dont know the details of the vehicles, sub model, motor size, etc etc. it's best if you provide your license plate number when searching for parts. Because, I KNOW YOU CANT SEE YOUR VIN NUMBER WHEN YOU ARE AT THE REGISTER lol... (Unless you have temporary paper plates with the vin on em')

2 hours. 2 long hours we spent replacing our headlight to no prevail. We tried everything, called everyone, and did it as recommended. Nothing. It was not until we called and spoke to Marvin that he told us to let him take a look personally. 2 minutes. 2 short minutes he identified the issue and was able to fix the headlights, as well as give us information for the future.
