Absolutely amazing customer service. They came to the rescue to an older gentlemen that had car trouble out side their location. They check the truck over, moved it from Peach Street busy road and kept the man dry from the rain by letting him hang out in their car while they took care of everything!! That is going above and beyond !!

Haven't had a bad experience yet. Very young group of men working this location. Prices same as Autozone. Only reason why I didn't give 5 stars is because there is always one working who doesn't know much. Store hours are great. Easy to get in and out of parking lot.

If you need a good laugh this is a place to go. Well, not really for that reason but they are very understanding when you don't know exactly what you are looking for by name. Prices are decent and they will even price match for you. They will do battery checks, install windshield wipers, order pick-up and more.

Didn't have three out of four of the items that I wanted which were simple over the counter items. Counter-personnel had no interest and trying to help me. Never asked for my discount card for my purchase so I never got a discount. Except for oil for the engine pretty much a lost cause trip! Looks like AutoZone it's going to get more business.

Called to have some rotors turned. The guy on the phone said we don’t have specs for that car to do it. The weird part is I called the a different location in Erie and they told me they did and when I came in showed me on their computer. If you don’t want to do the work just say so instead of lying

The engine light came on so I stopped there to have them throw it on the computer see what's going on.. the guy says codes are saying you need a new catalytic converter and all this other stuff took it to the garage and btw my catalytic converter is less than five years old and the people say it's in perfect shape nothing wrong with anything thing in my whole exhaust system... Always get a second opinion or third

Purchased brake pads and rotors. Landon was working the counter alone on a Sunday morning. He was very polite and knowledgeable and explained the different brake pads for me to pick. After he rang me out he carried the roters to my vehicle for me due to my bad back. I will continue to use this O'Reilly's for all my auto parts!!
